I did not receive the shower head holder. I bought one from Amazon. The installer said he would get one for me. Dexter was there promptly to start the demo and was very personable and efficient.

They did a nice job cleaned up after themselves. Were very courteous and personable.

I had some difficulty with communication . The work looks good. Clean up should have been better. The snow might have impacted that.

The experience was easy and smooth from start to finish.

I have a big issue with Long Home. I sent them an email, and before I write a response to Google, I suggest they call me first. I did not appreciate that they strong-armed me into signing on the day they came. I wanted two other quotes and when I went to cancel the contract, they said I could not because I got the other quotes after the three-day period; I would have to pay half of the quoted amount if I cancelled. If I had had time to read everything in the contract, I would have gotten another quote the following day. If they are willing to make amends, then I would hold off on putting the review on Google. As far as I'm concerned i got screwed.
