They were great. Our biggest regret is the company didn't do the bathroom shower. They gave us a contact but the cost is another 4 to 5 k. We are very disappointed the cost was $15 k without the shower door

There was a 3month delay in starting the project. If you need a project done on time (when initially promised) then perhaps Long is not the company to go with. In all others ways, Long is a great company to work with.

Very dissatisfied with Long Home. The sales men were great so we made the mistake of not getting other additional quotes. We bought what the salesmen told us. Big mistake!!!!

I had the most hard working crew. These guys didn't take one break from 8am-8pm. They were very respectful and constantly asked what I wanted. The only issue I had was starting the job at the time I expected it to get started. And how the billing works that's a huge problem for me. I don't take pictures of my check and I don't give my account number to anyone. Especially in the time we live in. I want my paper billing sent to my house. If my mortgage can do that why can't long homes? I will not go through power pay. After speaking to them they said they would send it in the mail we will see. But I can't say there was anything bad about the hard working crew

Great installers. Excellent customer service from GM, Nate. My only concern is water on my floor after a shower. I am going to test the doors by closing them in reverse order to see if it continues. If it does, I'll be in touch.

Has taken a lot of calls to get follow up work.

I asked installer if there would be any unfinished area associated with the shower; the answer was no. However the wall section adjacent to shower door was pasted with drywall putty, unfinished and left for us to paint. Have been waiting since the completion but no response, made several calls - no response!

Shower door looks extremely cheap and not sure how long it will hold up - seat smells like manure, not teak wood, faded and dull and company hasn't reached out once to see if we're satisfied! Still waiting on final invoice so the the VA can send the final portion of the payment. No response! I wouldn't trust this company to do my doghouse!

I am extremely happy with the installation of a new walk-in shower, replacing the existing tub/shower design. Long Home's installers arrived in the morning, worked diligently throughout the fitting, without any dust or mess at all. The project was completed, as promised, in one day and the end result was remarkable!! I would highly recommend Long Home to anyone considering this type of bathroom upgrade!!!

I would absolutely recommend Long Home Products. While the cost is higher than some alternatives, the quality of the work and the level of customer service were consistent with the investment. From start to finish, I had a very positive experience and felt the overall value matched the price.

Customer service is not good. Took too long for install and The only contact is when I reached out first. The door install people were not easy to work with

The salesman was great and got me a great deal with financing. However, when the installers came to install, I had some questions and they did not speak English. We were unable to communicate, and I couldn't understand what they were saying to each other. Frustrating

Follow up is terrible! Many calls and no response in two months. Good lip service, but no action.

Our sales person mis measured the original shower door we wanted to re use because of the price we paid he said it would fit needless to say it didn't now we are needing to find a new shower door and another thing he didn't inform us of the 3% charge if using a credit card for the down payment had he told us I would have paid another way.

Rob Morris and everyone we dealt with were amazing. We love the way our roof turned out. The men that installed the roof left the outside of our house spotless.

The gentlemen who came to my house to install the shower were not only very good in installing it but they were very careful in taking the old tub and shower out of my house. If they had a question about something they would ask me. The finished job was beautiful. All of my neighbors came in to see it and just loved it. Some even asked who I had todo the job. The length of the job was underestimated. We had a complete gut and was told 2 days. We had to schedule more time for them to return and complete the job.
When they said they were done, we asked them to come back and make the walls more close to ready to paint.

Need to be clearer on what paint-ready sheetrock walls means vs standard construction industry, finished sheetrock walls with the proper sanding means while selling your products.

My project manager, Will Baker, came by a 2nd time to install the handheld shower head.(It wasn't included in the initial installation.) However, he broke part of the device. When I called him later that day, he said that the shower head, made by Gibson, was out of stock. I called him a couple more times since then, but the item was still not available. I also called the sales rep, Eric Young, who came over originally, but he has not returned my calls.

Everyone involved with our Bathroom project was outstanding.

The on site construction team was led by Henry. He was an excellent problem solver, finding solutions to unexpected issues on more than one occasion. He listened to what I needed and provided a perfect custom product!

Delivers as promised.
