I feel the project manager should have been here more and not just on the phone.

I had an amazing experience. Everyone did everything they were supposed to do. They were on time and it came beautifully.

Mislead and had to argue for a resolution. Sales manager Richard was not listening only saying what he felt.

Very efficent and knowledgeable workers, they knew the plumbing in the house and connected everything perfectedly. They left the area very clean. They answered all my questions as best they could.

Yes the installers were great guys

The experience we had during our bathroom fix was excellent. The Long Home representatives came into our house with the utmost respect. They placed cloth down everywhere they would be walking. Ensured we were updated the entire time. Cleaned up all mess and vaccummed at the end. The work looks absolutely amazing. I would recommend this company againt.

Long Home truly exceed my expectations. The crew was very professional and got the tub to walk in shower completed in about 6 hours. The finished project is just beautiful. They took time to explain the shower head features. I had no clean up to do after they left, everything was spotless. Thank you for a job well done.

Professional crew in every phase of our roofing job from start to finish. Very disciplined, hard working, respectful, and courteous. Our finished product is nice to look at and has an excellent workmanship and quality warranty to back it up. How they explained everything

Too expensive. Overpriced

The sales representative Amanda was very pleasant. She knew the product and company really well. She was not pushy,rude or inpatient.
The installers were great also. Both were named Mike. They worked well together and knew the product. And was very helpful when it came to where to place everything in the shower.

It took forever and I had to hire a plumber to come and replace dryer vent with rigid after your plumber cut it. No one at Long Home was capable of doing it. Matt assured me he would split the cost with me. He has yet to return my calls.

Your installer was rude and combative. Tracked dirt back and forth, never covered his boots.

They arrived on time. They worked efficiently. They cleaned up. They were very polite.

From start to finish, I was walked through the process. My questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. The entire team was easy to work with and there were clear lines of communication. This was my first shower remodel so I was nervous. I am grateful for the Long Home team recognizing that I was learning about the project along the way. The end result is beautiful, functional and addressed my needs.

I'm happy to tell others of the quality of the products, and show off our new shower. But I'll also advise them to get other quotes first. That way, when an LHS finally visits for a quote, and they get incentives to sign on the spot, they'll already be informed of other options.

Tech installers who were efficient, clean and professional

The showerhead is not exactly what we expected. There is no way to adjust the spray. We probably should have asked more questions during the consultation.

Contractor were very respectful and when financing they were very helpful and when Wolfgang when he came to initiate the project was the best he knew what we wanted and explained everything

I liked the two young men that did our shower. They worked tirelessly from the minute they arrived until the minute they left without a break that I ever saw. I made lunch for them and insisted they take a few minutes to relax and eat. They really didn’t want to stop and eat but I said, my house, my rules! They were appreciative and respectful. Don’t loose the Long Home, they are a testament to what makes your company great!

A bit on the high side as far as money. But you get what you paided for. And I'm happy with the end result.

My remodel experience with Long Home from the very beginning was professional yet comfortable and personable. Customer satisfaction was evident throughout the process and after. The quality and craftsmanship by my installer was above expectations and it was evident he takes great pride in his work. Both installers were exceptional and did an amazing job!

The delay in installation date was concerning. Wish I had been called when it was known there would be a delay.

A week ago, Long Home converted a tub to a walk-in shower for my 91 yr old mother who has dementia.

Your sales call was too “used car sales pitch”.

The initial visit with sales staff was very easy since we had an idea of what we needed to do.

They were on time and very thorough. Communicated as the job was being done and when they ran into issues with wiring found behind the tub wall which had to be related in order to complete the installation. Very considerate and open for communication as soon as the work was corrected and came back within the week.

Was told one thing during sales pitch but something totally different was delivered and I was asked to pay an additional cost to fix and/or replace the problem.

Responses from Jacob the project manager on my concerns . But you really should disclose the permit and inspection process that delays the install. And not tell customers it’s only 2-3 days. That was the most frustrating part of this.

The absolute best

Am very upset that I didn't have Long Home install this walk in shower years ago. This new shower enables me to stay in my home without worry of a fall or mishap. Great skill and professional work by the crew that completed the work in one day. Couldn't believe the cleanup, like they weren't even here. Next time I need someone for work on my home, Long Home will be my first call.
