Although the job was well done, I believe it was overpriced compared with the cost of using local contractors. I would encourage friends to obtain estimates from local contractors for comparison. I regret not doing this

Installers did a great job. They had to do tear out original tile, plus what other installer did. Covered areas where they walked, cleaned up afterwards, & stayed so job was finished in 1 day.

The product specialist Tom was excellent. He knew the products and installation very well and explained in detail the process. Tom was very easy to talk with and answered all of our questions with a high level of confidence.

Both Jerry & Jason from the Project Management Side were very respectful and informative on the day of the installation.

Pprofessional craftsmanship and insyallation

The subcontractors that work for Long are the worst I have ever seen. Absolutely no pride in workmanship, just get the job done. The new siding that comes out of the box, I expect to look the same when installed on my house. Instead it's cut and prepared on the ground in the dirt plus walked on ,kneeled on then installed on the house. It looks like the siding that has aged 5 years out of the box brand new. No work station setup for the siding, just cut it wherever you please. I have never seen anything like that this in my life. I called and complained but fell on deaf eyes. The worst experience, plus being upset and the the tension built up was unneeded. Buyer beware when hiring long for your siding needs.

I liked Ben who did my estimate abs walked me through the entire process. After he finished the process, he told me it would be 4-6 weeks before the product would be ready. When it came, the base didn't fit and they said it would take 4-6 weeks to get the right base. That is 3 months and no one owned up to the mistake or said they were sorry. I love the shower and Brad who installed the new shower.

Great product and service, extremely slow and almost non responsive to correct issues with instillation.

The job was done timely but several things were overlooked including that the first one of the showers that was installed didn't have the water hooked into it, so my husband called the installer (who was on his way home) and the installer walked him through how to get the water flowing. They sent someone to make corrections in a quick manner, but I feel like there should be a checklist to go through before the installers depart.

From the beginning of the project till the roof was redone, everyone was well organized, worked hard, and their communication with us excellent. The grounds around the house were well protected and the workers clean up during and after the project was outstanding.

The walk in shower good but inside the cupboard backing up to the shower has been damaged and hole in ceiling

I am so happy with my new roof. The men were amazing people, pleasant, professionals, hard working, and hen finished tearing the old roof off down to the trusses cleaned up so knowone could tell they were here. My new roof makes my home look brand new. Everyone from Long Home were very helpful. I have been telling all my friends about this terrific company . Thank you all.

We are satisfied with Longs remodel. The lack of communication and tactics for sales left a very dissatisfied taste. The installers team and workmanship is the 3 star rating. After feeling a bit apprehensive and a touch of buyer's remorse initially, I could not be happier with the way everything fell into place. The 2 men who did the work were talented, courteous, respectful of the house and mindful of the space in which they were working. Not to mention their professionalism and attention to detail, pointing out ways in which I could improve the area without any additional cost. Long Home gave me a result I never imagined would be possible and I am thrilled to have found them. You will be too!
