I am extremely happy with the installation of a new walk-in shower, replacing the existing tub/shower design. Long Home's installers arrived in the morning, worked diligently throughout the fitting, without any dust or mess at all. The project was completed, as promised, in one day and the end result was remarkable!! I would highly recommend Long Home to anyone considering this type of bathroom upgrade!!!

Customer service is not good. Took too long for install and The only contact is when I reached out first. The door install people were not easy to work with

The salesman was great and got me a great deal with financing. However, when the installers came to install, I had some questions and they did not speak English. We were unable to communicate, and I couldn't understand what they were saying to each other. Frustrating

Follow up is terrible! Many calls and no response in two months. Good lip service, but no action.

Our sales person mis measured the original shower door we wanted to re use because of the price we paid he said it would fit needless to say it didn't now we are needing to find a new shower door and another thing he didn't inform us of the 3% charge if using a credit card for the down payment had he told us I would have paid another way.

The gentlemen who came to my house to install the shower were not only very good in installing it but they were very careful in taking the old tub and shower out of my house. If they had a question about something they would ask me. The finished job was beautiful. All of my neighbors came in to see it and just loved it. Some even asked who I had todo the job. The length of the job was underestimated. We had a complete gut and was told 2 days. We had to schedule more time for them to return and complete the job.
When they said they were done, we asked them to come back and make the walls more close to ready to paint.

Communication was great. MEssiah did a wonderful job

Need to be clearer on what paint-ready sheetrock walls means vs standard construction industry, finished sheetrock walls with the proper sanding means while selling your products.

My project manager, Will Baker, came by a 2nd time to install the handheld shower head.(It wasn't included in the initial installation.) However, he broke part of the device. When I called him later that day, he said that the shower head, made by Gibson, was out of stock. I called him a couple more times since then, but the item was still not available. I also called the sales rep, Eric Young, who came over originally, but he has not returned my calls.

Everyone involved with our Bathroom project was outstanding.

The on site construction team was led by Henry. He was an excellent problem solver, finding solutions to unexpected issues on more than one occasion. He listened to what I needed and provided a perfect custom product!

No one spoke to me upon completion of the job. There are a number of points I would have made about things that were not done to my satisfaction, but no one has ever contacted me.

The crew was very professional

Started to have my walk-in shower remodel done by Jacuzzi. Went through a very long meeting with their sales representative. After 3 hours of dealing with her, I made my selections, was quoted a price of $27,000, wrote out a check for $13,000, and waited for her to call her boss regarding the order. After she got off the phone she came back to me and said I could not get the matte black fittings as it was not available for the walls that I picked out. I canceled the contract and called Long Home. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful with making my selection. The quote came in under the price Jacuzzi had given me. Their salesman was far more professional than the woman I had to deal with from Jacuzzi, AND there was no issue regarding the matte black fittings going with the mottled brown walls that I chose. On the day of the installation 2 people came to my door at 10:00am and went to work right away. The work was done and cleanup completed by 7:30pm. The cleanup was immaculate. A friend who had recommended Jacuzzi to me called and wanted to see the walk-in shower remodel that I had done. She was stunned at how beautiful it was compared to her remodel. I highly recommend Long Home to anyone who is looking to redo their bathroom. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Based on the representations of the Long Home agent, I believed that the renovation of my bathroom would be handled professionally and expeditiously with minimal disruption to my home. I was told the work could likely be completed in a day. I signed the contract in April. After a 3-month wait, the installation date was set for June 17. I cancelled summer travel plans.

When the installed arrived, he had no vanity and the shower curtain rod he had was too short. He installed the bathtub and shower walls. A week later he installed the shower rod. The new toilet also was not installed on the 17th because it was cracked. Installer acknowledged breaking a plaster medallion at the top left corner of the door frame and assured me it would be repaired. I also pointed out a chip on the lower left beveled edge of the medicine cabinet mirror that was not there before. (Medicine cabinet is not part of the contract.)


On August 18, Long Home installed the vanity and toilet and replaced both medallions on the door frame. I immediately noticed a small chip on one of the vanity drawers, leading me to question its quality. So the project is now complete. However, the process was protracted and communication with customer service was virtually nonexistent. In fairness, the installers were courteous and efficient.

The team who came to install my shower were friendly and professional and productive.

They were polite and neat. They knew what they were doing.

If asked about our experience withLong Home I would have to say that it was A +. We are extremely pleased with all areas of our experience with having a new shower installed in our home. And highly recommend their services, from start to finish
