I had a tub shower converted to walk-in shower. The whole process was explain to me. Long Home does not use outside contractors and all their products are made in the USA.

I highly recommend Long Home for anyone considering a bathroom shower remodel. The sales representatives, customer service representatives, plumbers and installers were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The gentleman working in my home were very respectful of my home as they put down tarps and cleaned everything before leaving for the day. Everyone did a fantastic job in working together with me to get my bathroom done on time and on budget. My shower looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Great work everyone.

As advertised!! Our bath project was installed with no hiccoughs. The communication with project manager and inspection department was excellent. And the teams doing the teardown and installation were professional and delivered an outstanding result. We are very pleased with the teams and our new bath!

They left the job undone . The sides of the shower are coming loose from the wall. No shower doors. It is called a show because all the pieces are there
This means a door to finish it off. Every shower I have ever seen has a door
Poor sales technique. If you are going sell a shower the door should come with it.

The project was completed in the timeframe we needed. It’s professionally installed and the bathroom looks great! Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Long is not the cheapest option in the short-term but they are in the long-term. The process is seamless and the expertise is unparalleled.

The work crew was very efficient and did an awesome job cleaning up when they were done.

I am happy with the results and I was very pelased that it was done quickly and in one day. I think they do a great job and I would highly recomend this company to anybody.

They were effective, professional, and they followed up. My homeowner took forever to approve it, and that was not their fault.

I am very happy with final product, however, since Long is a large company I dealt with too many people ( although all were professional and nice). There was no flexibility in the contract (i.e. I wanted to use a better shower head and could not). Overall. I knew the price was high as compared to local companies, but I was looking to "buy American". I’m unsure I would do the same for my next bath reno.

Horrible customer service . Did not follow through with what Ben told me. Made me pay out of pocket for a different plumber. Never recommend you guys to anyone!!

Once I 'signed off' on my project (two tub to walk-in shower remodels) I discovered a minor issue. I made repeated calls to the number I was given for my 'project supervisor' and never got a call back. After project customer service is very important to me, and this showed me that if something comes up after I sign off on the 'completed' project, there would most likely be NO after project response from this company. I won't be using them again in the future, nor will I recommend them to any family/friends.

Overall, the project was completed with quality. I was a bit disappointed that photos and video of the project while being completed was not provided as promised. We did receive some photos post project, but it didn’t seem like we got what was expected. With that said, overall, good job and I would recommend Long Home for roofing projects.

The material is great. Measurements created a 2 month holdup

The estimated completion time was 4 to 6 weeks and it took 11 weeks for the project to commence. Additionally, the wrong walls were ordered and installed, the wrong ceiling panel was installed, and we were offered a refund to accept the shower walls as installed (which has not yet been received). Additionally, we are now at 3.5 months and we've not received any information as to when the correct matching ceiling panel will be received to complete the installation and ceiling repair.

Continued calls asking to set up appointment after the arrangements were already made. I actually got another one 1 month after the project was done asking when we could get together to set up a time for the installation. Office communications is a disaster.

The contractor hired by Long Home almost felled of the roof, because they did not use a harness. He ended up going through my bedroom ceiling. They did repair the ceiling after.

Everything. Quick,the workers were fantastic.they worked steady and kept everything neat . They cleaned our driveway so well. I highly recommend long homes and they grew.

I thought they were excellent. They informed me and walked me through every step. They cleaned up after themselves, were very polite and prompt. I have nothing bad to say. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

The team that came out was polite and very professional. They took care to cover my floors and cleaned up before they left. The new shower is beautiful. Actually better than I expected. The supervisor came out when the job was done and assured me that if I had any problems or concerns, they would take care of it. I couldn’t be happier!

The process was poor resulting in multiple phone calls and visits to complete. Contractors who did the work said when they arrived "they did not tell me I had to do this" I don't have the right material and it won't get done today and on and on.

We always use Long Homes for exterior projects. We trust them.

Setting up a time for the work to be done, the lack of inconvenience, and the end result were well worth the price.

It’s possible but not likely. I did not like the pricing technique. First responder discount, veteran discount, “free trip” thrown in, the I can do it for this price now, but not next week line. This bathroom was way over priced. I know that. We had just gone through a contractor scam for hurricane damages. Had it not been for an insurance settlement, I would not have contracted with you.
