Arrival at my house was on time as promised.

Upon arrival, everything was fantastic. The installation crew arrived on time, did the work, and cleaned up professionally.

The workers were very careful and took their time to do the job correctly.

Price was ridiculous but product looks great.

I don't think the pricing was correct. The salesperson was pushing me to sign something, and stuff was done differently. I was going to get a door, and they just brought a pole that I had to put a shower curtain on. I said I wanted a door.

I requested a lust of acceptable cleaning products to usevon my shower And for a copy of my original contract i signed
I was told both would b emailed never recieved either
And they never closed out the builring permit and is still incomplete

The whole process was pretty easy, from ordering to installation. The young woman who came to take measurements and give us an estimate was very professional and not at all pushy. The young men who did the work did a beautiful job. They were much quieter than I imagined they would be, and very skilled.

I was told the installers would call to let me know they were on the way; however they arrived promptly at 8 am. They

The cost of this project was too hugh for what we received.

The workmanship was solid. However, communication was often lacking. And we did not get reminders or calls before workers showed up, even though events in the area could have caused changes to schedule.

The project manager was receptive to my suggestions and made corrections as needed.

Did an excellent job

I have left messages for someone to contact me for the last 6 days regarding a pipe that leaked down in my downstairs basement after the tub was removed upstairs. I have yet to have someone come out to Inspect the pipe and there is an issue with the shower bar on door.

Installers did a grest job, shower looks great. Sales staff were most professional in coordinati g instalation

Mr D Ryan Lane worked with us, show his samples and we picked what we wanted. Alex was good too he did a great job with the shower will recommend them to anyone that needs a new shower.

In my experience, from the beginning to the end of project, I was well informed by Long Home on process. Everything they said would happen, happened all the way through to the satisfaction of the completed job.

Perseverance

The main reason we took on this expense was for safety bars. The bars installed are slippery when wet. The ends caps of the bars that finish the installation are loose fitting. Knurled bars would be much safer. The silicone chalk was poorly done, even had spots of caulk on the floor.
Some of the caulk is still wet feeling but has been cleaned up as much as I can do.
We personally bought a specific shower head to be installed ( which was done) but they did not leave the shower head that was included, that I was going to install in the other bathroom.

I liked the finished product. It was almost what I expected. There is one problem. The front panel is pulling away from the wall. As of now, it is two days since I reported the problem and I have not received a response from the company.

I definitely would. I show off the bathroom to my family and friends. They were a great company to work with. The work and result was second to none!

I would highly recommend using Long Home if you are looking to remodel your bathroom. There final product was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. Allen Metts was professional and answered all our questions about what we wanted to have done. Dexter and Evan, the installers, were on time, friendly, and did an amazing job! We are beyond happy with our remodel!!
