I didn’t have any problems with the Long Home company but I did have a problem with the men who did the instillation.

Anyone that is looking for a Walk in Shower I would most definitely refer the LongHome Company. They are efficient and accomodating with no song or dance just an honest quote from a reputable company with the Better business bureau and made our time with them very pleasurable! If you have questions they are right there and they communicate within a couple hours. You are not left hanging or ignored!!

Joe did an outstanding job with the installation

Shower leaked on downstairs ceiling after faulty install. Fixed the shower but not the ceiling. No callback to fix ceiling!

The workers were very nice and helpful. The one worker on the floor was very helpful in making a beautiful floor. I love it!!

They were fast and efficient

Too expensive. Building supplies were left on my lawn in the rain for 10 days. I had to call and text multiple people to cajole the team into doing the job on the appointed day for the gutters. I had multiple cancellations, some of them with no notice which cost me sick leave days (I only get 10 per year). I wouldn’t recommend Long Home to anyone I know.

Installers arrived unfamiliar with the project specs, no drawings, only a written description. I had to call the sales person immediately and later learned she no longer worked with Long Home.

I was told under 200 for payment and also told i was finacing 20k was 600 over that and also was told i wouldnt have to pay to cover service lines but did.

I was disappointed when two of my shutters were damaged and I was told, we'll they were old and I might be able to replace it but it would be a different color. Or I might be able to get you one hundred dollars to replace them. Old or not they were not damaged until your contractors removed them. Overall, the service representative and contract manager were pleasant.

Roof was done in a timely manner

I would steer my friends and neighbors away from Long. My experience was not good, and EVERYDAY I feel like I was taken.

Everyone we in contact with from Long Home was professional, polite and respectiful. I have a family member from Maryland who before our installation cautioned me about communication. I never found this or anything else to be a problem. Very happy with our decision.

Armature experience. Multiple material issues and Five Weeks to complete is unacceptable.especialy for the cost.

The product specialist, project manager, and demo/installation crew were all very professional and courteous. The finished product is awesome and built to last and was done within a work week.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company. I’m getting “completion” notices and survey requests like the job is done and it isn’t. Worse than that is everyone knows about it but no one cares

Liam, Jacob and customer services were easy to reach

They came when they were supposed too to give a quote and did not reschedule. Brent was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything. The two gentlemen Phillip and Masis new everything the performance their job. They covered the floors, cleaned up after themselves and removed all that was needed to be removed. They were polite and answer all my questions. The first day to change the tub and walls took 8 hours. The second day also took 8 hours to remove and replace the walk in shower. They both had walls to the ceiling. And the walk-in shower had a panel on the ceiling. The acrylic walls were etched to look like subway tiles. I paid more than I expected but the results were fantastic. Everyone who sees them compliments them.

Great job on the installation, but messed up my lawn and left an unsafe slippery residue on the floor with the covering they used.
Also would have liked copies of the paperwork I signed after completion. That should be required. Did I miss an email?

I appreciated the professionalism and courtesy that Joe (the installation crew) displayed throughout the process. He was always happy to answer any questions that I had about the installation. He did an excellent job of cleaning the area when the work was completed. The finished product looks great!

Long Home was very friendly, very efficient on doing my shower remodel. In all areas they were quick, respectful, got the job done in two days including new floor. From demolishing to cleanup I can't say enough about the Long Home Crew. Thankyou All

There was damage to my apartment due to a pipe leaking during installation. The ceilings in the apartments below sustained water damage. Repairs to the water pipe stopped the leak, but the damage to ceilings were partially repaired and the company has not responded when asked to complete the repairs.
There was also a chipped brand new ceramic floor during installation.

On 8/31, installation crew from Long showed up to put in our walk in shower. After 4 hours of demo work, they discovered the floor pan didn’t match the color of the rest of the walls. So, they packed up and left. Longs project manager Will, called to apologize and said they’d be back in a week or so to finish and an adjustment would be made to our bill. After 4 weeks and numerous phone calls, the crew showed up on 9/26 to finish the installation, which they did a good job on. What displeases me is having to use our spare shower for 26 days since the larger shower had been demoed. Also, hardly any communication could be had with Long concerning when the installation would be completed. During this time my wife suffered a back injury and the walk in shower would’ve been a big help. I’ve since communicated with Will several times on the adjustment to my final bill. I’m tired of being told “ I don’t know”, or I’ll take to management and we’ll get back to”. I’m not going to let this go. I chose Long due to reputation and quality service. Hopefully, this review gets forwarded to management and we can resolve things without legal counsel having to become involved.
