I’m happy with the product process and skill set of the overall team but the price point sucks. I will have a tough time recommending Long to my family and neighbors based solely on the price

Overpriced, communication with local company not very professional. Local office transfer you to another office same greeting each time. Selection of person to talk with can transfer you again to start all over with sale of job remodel!

The crew came on time and completed the job in one day. They did a great job. Everything looked great.

I was never informed of when the project would start. I signed the contract in Jan, and I called your company in April -requested my down payment back and only then did all of my products turn up in the warehouse. Never will I recommend your company to anyone-shame on you!!!

My bathroom is beautiful. It was done quickly and neatly.

Great customer service!! Installers were professional and tentative!! Received a surprise visit from the program manager to check on the status of the work performed.

As I stated in an email to long homes I recommend that if they are sending out guys to do the installation one should be able to understand and speak English. It was frustrating trying to communicate with the crew that was here. Also for the amount that we paid for this install we should have gotten a shower head with a handheld shower instead of just the shower head. Disappointed in that respect. Otherwise the install was exceptional and are happy with that. Just not the shower head

We are very pleased to with our new roof. We can relax with the knowledge that our roof will out last us, and my grandchildren will have a roof warranty passed onto them.

Some issues with timing caused the staff to be in my home from 9am to 10pm. The tub does not drain completely and I do not believe permits were pulled for the work. I would caution others before recommending this company.
