To start off with, two young men to do the work could not speak English, and I could not communicate with them unfortunately. My woodwork and paint in the bathroom were nicked up. The glass doors were left with marks on them that would not come off. Later when I got someone back here it was the glue that was never taken off the doors. I tried both vinegar and water, and bleach and water as per instructions.The side wall was a different material than the front, back and ceiling, that had to be redone. And two of the railing caps are loose. And the communication with one of the managers was poor.

I was very pleased with all aspects of the job and would absolutely recommend!!!

Chris was professional in his presentation and the work crew started and completed the roof on time.

Your salesperson uploaded the wrong sink top told him and sent pictures 4 days later no response had to text him only to find out that nothing had been done to get the correct sink top, he also never informed me or my wife that if we used a credit card we’re charged 3%. Then on Friday I received a text from him that should have gone to someone else.😡

The service was great! There is nothing like talking g to a person who can answer questions. Resolve issues, clarify communication, etc. had my roof done in one day. Everything you want from a roofing job.

Curtain rod hung to high. Had to go from standard 72” to a 78”. Which is now to long.

The instillation was done well and neat. They cleaned up very well. Excellent team work.

They were on time, took the time to do and good installation, and left the place in clean shape.

The cost is ridiculous for a small plain shower.

The good thing is they would get a five-star rating on the shower and the actual things they put in the bathroom. The shower works beautifully; the room was nicely done. the sink was the best. They also covered the floors with a drop cloth and were very good at putting back the toothbrush and cup holder they had to take off. I had a quarrel with them, with the team leader; he said if I had questions, I could ask him. I had questions on the care instructions I received; they said to use certain sprays that are not toxic. I have a tile cleaner that I think will work. I asked the guy if the ingredient in the tile cleaner was okay and never heard back from him. To register for a warranty, I was supposed to clean the doors—Long did not tell me I had to wipe the doors. I asked the guy this and he never got back to me. Some of the workers were a little too sloppy; they needed a plug in my bedroom adjacent to my bathroom; they did not ask me and did not tell me and they unplugged a medical device that needed to be charged. At night I noticed this device was unplugged and the battery was dead. This was a serious matter to me. On a hot day, when bringing in the supplies, they left my front door open; a number of times, I closed the door behind them. They kept leaving the door open; I complained to the foreman, and he said he would talk to them and I don't know if he talked to them. When they left, they did not take the yard sign with them. I ended up having to dispose of it. They should have been careful enough to take the yard sign. The bathroom does work beautifully.

Long Home did a great job with our master bath, everything was completed in a timely manner and everything was kept clean and tidy. The techs asked questions regarding the placement of items and didn’t just assume which was nice.

I asked for pics of what my new shower would look like on 2 occasions and was ignored by your customer service department both times

Personal concern, accessible and friendly installers..

The installation was perfect but before that unacceptable. The salesman Drew was very disappointing. Tells you one thing then when it comes time to sign the paperwork what he said wasn’t true. Tried calling multiple times to Drew but no call back. Called into long home wanting to talk to customer service but all you get is a bot. No one ever called back on that either. Finally Drew called back but all we wanted was to check the price of shower doors. He quoted a price of 3000. Way too much. The men that did the install was very professional but the company as a whole should treat there customers better and have a way to actually talk to a human being .

Need to buy a door else where and the 2300 price added for the shower door
