The job took far too long to be completed, and the communication was poor, however the subcontractors did do decent work.


We have a small leak on the ceiling in a room and in the adjacent restroom there is mold growing on a certain part of the ceiling too.
The leak and mold are time sensitive. Mold can be hazardous to your health. Dealing with mold properly means removing the sheetock and insulation once the leak is fixed. Don't let anyone tell you they ... read more
We live in Columbus Ohio. Do I need a concrete base for a hot tub? The tub will be7'x7'. How important is it to have 220v. ?
If you are installing a Hot Tub you will need a Concrete base or a solid base of Pavers or Stone, it must be level to distribute weight evenly. This ensures no water damadge to the bottom of the unit ... read more
