The work has not actually been completed. It is now over 7 months from the original install. As stated by someone else, Landmark never responds or answers the phone. They blatantly lie to you. Once they have your money, they just don't care about making repairs or replacements. They just want to get to the next customer and their money!
FEBRUARY 9 2022 UPDATE
Ever since these windows were installed in November of 2011 we have had nothing but problems. October 2021, a service tech came to our house to determine that yes indeed, cranks on all windows need to be replaced. It is now February 9, 2022. I have had to repeatedly follow up via email with their service department (Taylor Kaus) about WHEN service will be completed on our windows. Excuse after excuse is given as to why service is not complete this time. Finally, January 20 a tech arrives at our house to install the new cranks in my windows. Ooops! The service department at Landmark sent the wrong cranks with him. Off he goes with a promise that he would be back end of January.
To this day, cranks have not been installed and my emails go unanswered.
PLEASE consumers, DO NOT buy windows from this company. You will regret it after numerous no shows, empty promises, faulty product, shoddy installation, etc. The list goes on an on. For me 11 years now.
9 windows installed by Landmark Home Solutions in 2011. 7 windows have to be replaced because of poor installation and incorrect windows installed. Screen on a window has to be replaced because it is too small and falls out. Casing on outside of windows had to be replaced because of poor workmanship. We are still waiting for the final window and its casing and screen to be replaced. Landmark will not call you-EVER. Repeatedly, I leave messages for someone to call me with status and never get a response. Repeatedly, Landmark promises installation dates and doesn't call or show up at scheduled time. Repeatedly, I have been so disappointed with this company that I wish I had never hired them 6 years ago. If I could give them negative stars I would.
The guy that came out to do the estimate had empty beer bottles and cans in his vehicle.
I have had no issue with my windows whatsoever. I love them. They are great.

The fellows that did the windows were very professional and did a great job. However, the job is not completed and I am not getting any feedback as to why it is not being finished.
The installers were very professional, communicated well, ensured ours concerns in certain areas were met. Fully satisfied with the workmanship and attention to "my" detail in completing the job.
The quality of product is very good, installation is very good but any return repairs is lacking discipline.

I am exceptionally pleased with my windows and door.
It is a great product and has already made a difference.
The Installer failed to show up for a scheduled appointment to take measurements. I had to contact Landmark to find out when my installation date would be as I hadn’t heard from them even after the tentative installation estimate (6-8 weeks) had passed. The installer was polite and friendly however the quality of the install is lacking. My doors were scratched, my doorbell did not work after it was reinstalled, the caulking was horrible and there are pencil marks everywhere. I also had a hard time to get the installer to return to my house to fix the issues and there are still a pending issue with regards to the scratch on the front door. For someone who installs these doors for a living, the techniques is not perfected in the least and does not reflect a professional job.
We were very pleased with the knowledgeable sales information informing us regarding all our questions.The installation crew was very professional and the workmanship was excellent. The quality of the product has been very good and we have noticed improvements in our home in terms of ventilation and look forward to energy savings going forward. We were pleased to support a locally based company/product that has been in business for many years.
We feel we were treated well by this company. From the salesperson, the office staff, right to the installer, they were informative and efficient.
Interesting rating of 4 stars given my responses.....if it were not for the salesman, who has gone above and beyond for our family, I probably wouldn't have anything to do with Landmark.
I am pleased with the product, and it has reduced the heat in my house this summer. I am not losing heat and it is noticeable already. I did not turn my air condition on this summer and it is November and I haven't turned the heat on yet.
Landmark Home Solutions was in and out so fast that is was truly amazing. I didn't even realize they had been here.

They have horrible customer service. The company they contract with for the installation was great, but Landmark doesn't keep up with timelines and are not reliable.

My patio doors were installed June 5th. Re-ordered Aug 21st due to broken seal. Was told the replacement order would be fast tracked. Now Oct 5th and employees will not return calls or emails regarding status. Phone Extension listed as no "longer a valid extension". I am dissatisfied and regret my purchase. I wake up daily to thick condensation, floor to ceiling on my $2,638 patio doors.
Landmark staff were professional, helpful and respectful of my home when they put my windows in. They promptly addressed a concern and did the necessary repairs. I would certainly use Landmark when I want to replace the remaining windows in my house.
Landmark has quality windows and I would highly recommend them.
