I wasn't going to fill this out, but you guys have been a nightmare to deal with. 1. I was going to have you guys do drywall repairs after a remediation and you could never give me an estimate or a date. A competitor did it from call to finish in less than a week. 2. After 9 months I get an invoice from you, because you couldn't get your act together and deal with the insurance company.
Showed up on time and did the job in a timely manner.
All work was done lovely and, very patient with us as we panicked lol.
Everyone involved with this project was great! I appreciated the flexibility and responsiveness while I was out of state on a wildland fire assignment. We had trust to allow the employees to work alone unattended in our home and they all proved their integrity and our trust in them! Thank you!
I would highly recommend and will use Kowalski again myself if I ever need them.
They did an excellent job but they where unable to finish the job. I guess the job was to small and they had a bigger job to do that would get them more money.
Timely, professional, quality water damage mitigation and repair.
Kowalski's staff were very professional, considerate, polite and efficient. Water mitigation and restoration were excellent and reasonably priced.
This is a rental property so we were not on site while the work was being done, but Marvin keep us updated as to what he was going to do and then sent us pictures of the water damage. He then explained what was needed as to mitigating the damage. He was very helpful and did a great job.
Areas Of Satisfaction - The Kowalski Construction staff was a pleasure to work with, especially Laurel in Business Development! We were on a time crunch. They were able to assess, provide a reasonable estimate, and complete the work in perfect timing to fit our tight schedule!
Kowalski has too many changes of employees to get the job done. Work is left unfinished and PM point out errors that would cost too much to fix. I choose them because I used them when they were small but it was a mistake
See my bad experience with front line staff several months ago when she threatened me with a note to my credit report. Totally unnecessary, and certainly a deal breaker when it comes to repeat business and referrals!!
Though I was remote to the worksite Kowalski communicated well and performed their work competently.
Response time was exceptional!
Pedro was also exceptional in his response!
They are very knowledgeable about my problem and they Communicate daily as they work to resolve the problem.

We had a significant roof leak that we didn't catch for 2 days and notified our insurance carrier. Kowalski came to do the remediation work. Incredibly professional group, great communicators, resulting in a pretty easy process.
Right up front we were assured that when the Kowalski workers were done, we would not be able to tell that anything had been done. After spending three weeks cleaning up all the white plaster dust that was scattered throughout our home, we know that was an exaggeration.
When I called to follow up. The company did not know what I was calling about.
Their work was top quality and they conducted themselves very professionally.
