He provided the wind mitigation report afterwards that helped with getting homeowner's insurance, which I appreciated.

Some people just want to get it done quickly and are kind of sloppy. That was not the case with them. They did an excellent job with the workmanship with the installation.

Part of homeowner ship is maintenance. The roof is one of the largest expenses you can incur. I shopped several companies and had estimates all over the board. KL Smith was not the most economical nor were they the highest. I was very concerned about the lower estimates that there might be a gotcha when the final bill came in. Would I recommed KL Smith... yes! Our new roof looks great.

I can not say enough good things about Caleb and KL Smith company. Honest, Professional, punctual, tedious, conscientious are just a few of their qualities. I dreaded dealing with my roof and the horrors I had heard about some of the companies. A friend of a friend gave me their name and number. From my first phone call, I was relieved and happy.

K.L. Smith kept me informed and stuck to their schedule and pricing. The crew performing the work were efficient and quickly addressed any issues I had. In particular, I had fascia corner that wasn't lining up. They took the time to fix it before installing the roof and drip edge. It wouldn't have been as easily fixed if done after. I recommend K.L. Smith.

KL Smith is the best!! (1) Justine first visit was prompt. He explained what work needed to be done. He provided a written estimate with diagrams and pictures. (2) The delivery of materials was exactly as scheduled. (3) The installation team lead by Pedro were outstanding. The team completed tear-off, replaced bad wood, laid 41 sq of new shingles, and great cleanup. Pedro and team completed the job in 7 hours. (4) I am thankful to Ron M., who goes to my church, for recommending K.L. Smith. It was truly a joy doing business with this company. I must also say the support I received form the office was was outstanding.

First rate professional service starting with Justin in sales, Kamryn in the office ,and Pedro as project leader for my roof. They all listened patiently and went out of their way to resolve any issues along the way. The team went right to work with the old roof tear off, and then worked smoothly as a team through to the end of the day when they completed the roof, quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up all the debris at the end of the day, and even sealed up an area of the roof near the pool cage. The end result was a beautifully constructed roof, professionally completed. The amber shingles were a very good choice, light and reflective under the Florida sun, much cooler to the touch than the darker color I had previously. They came back the next day to finish up with the small details that other roofing companies just don't bother with. The walk-through inspection with Justin was that added bit of professional service you just don't receive from other companies. It also gave us a chance to address some concerns, and possible solutions to resolve the issue. I received the Wind Mitigation Affidavit almost immediately from Kamryn, which was a big help in getting quotes from insurance companies in replacing my current home owners policy. Thanks so much team, I will highly recommend you to anyone needing a new roof.

This organization has it together! Excellent communication skills: answered all of our questions satisfactorily - we being customers who know very little about roofs. Once started, the work was completed in a timely manner. After the job was completed, they continued with excellent communication. At the end, they even went over the property with a device to assure no stray nails were left on our driveway and walkway. I recommend these folks!
