Areas Of Satisfaction - Honestly, the sales staff. We had someone over to look at the roof, it is obvious that we will need doors and windows but, there was zero attempts for an upsale. Very professional and understanding of our budget concerns. When a mistake on your end was discovered, the solution provided was outstanding and didn't cost us more.

They should explain more about any details that may occur. As far as the rest of the job they did a fantastic job. The crew was outstanding. I would recommend them to do any job. The communication between the salesperson and the company itself needs to be better. They should say that they are not going to be able to match everything. They need more communication to make sure that every detail is communicated.
