The people who did the work were very, very nice. They could not have been nicer or more cooperative. It was a very difficult job and I give them a lot of credit for doing what they had to down there in our basement.

Toilet still doesn't work...told me I needed more parts...for more $....nice guy but that doesn't fix my toilet. He said I needed a new flapper....I feel he should have installed for the original price I paid. Plus I don't feel confident that the flapper is the problem.
