We highly recommend JM Construction for design and build services. We utilized their services to completely renovate and remodel a powder bath, laundry room and primary bathroom post-mold remediation, as well a, several other needed updates around our house. For our remodeling projects we needed a company to rebuild a safe space for us post-mold remediation. From the initial contact, Jeff, the owner, was professional, responsive, kind and empathetic to our needs. He listened to what we needed to rebuild a healthy home, and worked with us to problem solve some of the issues we had in the past to create a plan for rebuilding moving forward. He advised us well on what we needed understanding our home, needs and budget. Our JM team, Courtney (Designer), Skipper (Project Manager/Carpenter) and Justin (Construction Manager) were all easy to work with. They are a highly respected, trustworthy, well-skilled and knowledgeable team that focus on building a trusting partnership with their clients, and they work extremely well together as a team in terms of communication, respect and trust. From start to finish the process was completed in a timely manner, and was well organized and executed. Courtney took our ideas and visions for our spaces, and created a design that truly is beyond what we could have imagined it would be. Skipper kept our process from day one moving along in an organized manner and is a highly-skilled, extremely knowledgeable carpenter, as well as, a well-liked, trusted and kind professional to have on-site. The trade partners JM utilizes are highly-skilled, respected and trusted professionals. We were very impressed with the workmanship of all the partners and their responsiveness to our needs and concerns. Justin, the CM, was there for us whenever we needed with a responsive, kind, and well-organized and executed approach. Overall, we are without a doubt thrilled with the completed spaces, not only are they beautiful but functional and will stand the test of time. We look forward to using JM in the future for more projects. They are a highly-skilled, detail-oriented, trustworthy team with great integrity.
