Process Explanation - We had an insurance jib due to incompetent installers thru Lowe's...Tim was the only person out of 7 companies that actually took the time to explain everything that would happen in the process. They are very professional already

They kept me informed every step of the process and really wanted me to be satisfied. The owner of the company, the people that actually did the work on the house and the office ladies did a great job during the entire process. My husband and I truly appreciate all that they did for us.
