They were very patient in the process. I had a long delayed close, and they worked consistently to with me to make sure when I closed, that they were able to get out as soon as possible. They kept me updated on the pricing of the materials, and also when things were going to change to help me make the best decision. They had a great quote that had priced out several of the roofs price points. When the process began, they were done with my roof in three days. They were very efficient, showed up prepared, and I am very satisfied and happy with the results.

Overall, GRRC was very responsive, efficient, and communicative. They educated me on aspects of the roof and sought my input on different design features. They did a good job keeping material estimates lean, as there was very little leftover materials. The job cost $16K (including 20% overage and 10.1% taxes), which seems on the higher end for my roof. They left the job site cleaner than when they arrived, which is a nice touch. I am happy with the work they did and confident in their workmanship.
