It can happen suddenly; over a cup of coffee and the morning newspaper, or perhaps as you make your way across the obstacle course of clutter that was once your family room. Your house doesn't fit your needs or lifestyle anymore, and you can no longer deny it. Time to re-evaluate and make a hard decision. The facts - with inflated housing prices and sky rocketing moving costs, many Canadians are deciding to stay in their existing homes and renovate. Home renovations and additions allow people to redesign and customize any space specific to their wants and needs, with the added bonus of increasing the equity in your home.
