Foundation Worx was transparent about the whole process. The service representative (salesperson) reviewed the work area, gave a prognosis and a potential solution. He also provided an overview of what to expect about the work now and in the long-term, and I had all my questions answered. The technician performing the work also gave me an overview before and after and was quick and tidy. I hope I don't have any more foundation issues, but if I do I know who I'll call.
Foundation Worx was contracted to add piers to reinforced my crawlspace. Brian was the sales rep and project manager for this, and his initial contact was excellent. He quoted a fair price, and did not try to over sell me on what was needed based on the structural engineer report. After accepting the bid is where problems started to occur. The initial time frame for when the project would start kept being pushed back, and there was a complete lack of communication on this from Brian unless I called multiple times. The response was that they had a lot of projects ahead that were taking longer than expected. The project eventually started, and the team that came out was fairly quick about getting the job done, but made a fairly dangerous mistake when they removed a support beam under the front door that needed replacement. They removed it, and left for the day which made it dangerous to enter the house. They were not planning to return the next day because they were waiting for parts, but in this case Brian was very effective at getting them back out first thin in the morning to replace the support. Overall the job was done quickly when it started, but the delays and lack of communication was very disappointing.

As a Real Estate Investment Company we must have knowledgeable, dependable and honest vendors to handle our inventory. Foundation Worx is definitely one of those companies!

Overall I think Foundation Work did a good job and completed our job in a timely manner. My only complaint would be communication. It was difficult to get hold of Brian and get out on the schedule initially. However, once we did get on the schedule the job was done well and in a timely manner. We would use this company again for any future repairs we may have.
The work was done well, but communication needs improvement. The job was delayed several times and I had to reach every time to get an update.
My job was (1) small and (2) tricky -- probably the worst combination! Although there were some unexpected challenges and frustrations along the way, Foundation Worx treated me right, and left me with a good impression of their integrity and expertise.
Very helpful evaluating over several years, then professionally made repairs before house went on market. Mr. Maguire is knowledgeable, proved to be very honest, doesn't pressure customer for a sale, was willing to wait and see if there was further settling. Very good experience, very satisfied with cost.

I have been a customer of Foundation Worx for at least 5 years and in that time Foundation Worx has performed exactly as expected and done exactly what Johnathan has promised each time. Communications has been constructive and timely and I have no doubt if a response was required for a legitimate warranty claim he and Foundation Worx would stand behind their work.
