I would strongly recommend Starlight Homes. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my home starting with Sylvia Nwajei and ending with Brett Rountree. Both were helpful, honest, and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth process from sale through move-in and beyond.

The sales agent was very cooperative. He was very nice and very patient. He showed us everything, and every time we went to him and asked questions, he was ready to answer. He showed us a lot of floor plans at the beginning. He even showed us houses that were in the middle of the building process. This increased their credibility and showed honesty about the materials they use. He didn’t just show us a finished house and say, “This is what you can see.” He showed us houses that were still being built, which was something very good on their part.

Multiple issues not addressed after inspection. Taking multiple visits to fix the issues without being able to use the main living area of the house.

Everyone was very attentive and helpful. The homes themselves have beautiful open space concepts and are very spacious.

House leaked a month into it. Although they are fixing it and its warranty work it’s an inconvenience and the sub contractors that are being used need to come back half the time to correct shotty work. Love the house but this experience with all the repairs is throwing my experience.

Plumb in the water softner for ease to add one and add a garage door opener option...it was a real hassle to add on the fly.

Had inspection done and not many things were worked on in fact major problems were not fixed had to get ac worked on when shut down and several other cheap installs with short screws on door entry still my back door locks are no matching my keys

Excellent service in everything

I love the professionalism and promptness of my concerns and needs.

I wasn't told up front Construction would block my internet. I work from home and security cameras rely on internet. Twice Construction has cut my internet wires, which internet provider has filed a claim for.

I hope future clients have a more favorable experience than I did. The garage, which is unexpectedly compact, proved insufficient for accommodating two mid-sized vehicles, a fact I only discovered upon occupancy. My attempts to convey this concern to the construction team were met with the assertion that no similar issues had been reported within the community. However, my primary focus remains on my specific property. The air conditioning system has once again malfunctioned. This situation is quite unsatisfactory for a newly constructed residence. Nevertheless, the community itself is commendable.

Although the homes are very cookie cutter, it was exactly what I was looking for. Cheap and affordable, but not too cheap where I feel unsafe.
