I would recommend Starlight homes to anyone whether this is your first home or not. Their homes are nice and huge for the money. Great value and Superb workers. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

I was told the mailbox would be close to the house. It's not its' 0.4-0.5miles away. I wasn't told there wouldn't be a garage opener. I tried to get someone back for maintenance through the builder profile and no ones come out. The grass used it the yard turns out is full of weeds and not pure grass. Even with the sprinkler system the grass isn't growing in some patches so I either had dud grass The flower beds were done right and a tarp/treatment not done underneath the mulch and I already have a bunch of weeds growing through the mulch. Trash was left all over the property including used silverware, old bottles, and cigarette butts. This continued to accumulate even after I moved in from the construction works and wind blowing around their trash. The washer machine is USELESS. It is the worse appliance I have had in my life and the customer service team is terrible, the maintenance technicians don't know what they're doing. The last tech that came (washer had problems after ONE USE!) I'm pretty sure completely broke my washer and didn't even connect the hot/cold hoses up correctly. A big nuisance is that the A/C and heat control has two controls one on each floor for the same unit and they don't sink up. So if I change one I have to change this other and this was not disclosed to me. This needs to be upgraded on all houses to sink up. I can't believe that they don't. The more I'm in the house the more I HATE the carpet layout leading from the livingroom into the kitchen/dining area and it is designed this way on every floorplan and that I couldn't have the builders make this change before I moved in.

The whole process start to finish was truly seamless! Their communication was phenomenal I never had to guess what was going on or what the next steps were.

The quality of the finishing details is extremely low, as well as the attention to detail. Quality is low, and I wouldn’t recommend Starlight Homes to a friend.

Homes are appealing for any age group

The homes are installed with air conditioning vents that you can not buy at the store. You have to special order them and you can not replace them with any new style decorative vents.

It may be beneficial to consider making a few small but impactful features standard (or optional) in your homes such as screens for sliding doors, hardware on cabinets and automatic garage door openers. These are relatively minor additions, but it significantly improve the overall customer experience and help your homes feel more complete from day one.

I love the house, because of white paint inside, a lot of windows gave me natural light, each time enter to the house I felt peaceful, excellent and perfect home. I am strongly recommend Starlight home.
