I highly advise you to never buy a home from Starlight Homes.

The lots are not well prepared prior to building. Not leveled however Dave Moyer was excellent. He made himself available and is super knowledgeable. He reassured me thru the whole process. Im grateful for him.

Construction consistency of quality

Overall, wonderful experience. My only issue is with the builder/construction manager as we still have items not fixed that we were promised would be before we even got back from closing… it’s been THREE months. I even had to cut the lock off of my breaker panel because the original builder, Abraham, left his on there and I had no way to access.

I would never recommend Starlight Homes based on my experience. The house has been poorly built, and I have experienced multiple construction and warranty issues shortly after moving in. Cracks and openings in the walls have allowed ants to invade my entire home specially in my master bedroom bathroom and closet. I have had to purchase silicone myself to seal openings that should have been properly addressed during construction. When I request repairs, even after being directed to do so by the construction manager, the process has been extremely frustrating, with delays and, at times, an attitude that makes me feel like my concerns are a burden. My patio remains unsecured because Starlight refuses to pay for the necessary part. I don't feel safe in a brand new home. During shower, water comes out even being mentioned by my inspector on 6/3/26.

Was not made aware by the sales office of how loud the train tracks were or how frequently they run especially at night. It's become a huge inconvenience. The sales office lacked the knowledge of how loud the trains are and how frequently they run which is not okay. No precaution was made with building the homes to take into consideration of how loud the trains are. This is definitely something that should be disclosed. Sales office claimed they didnt know either as no one had ever mentioned it the sales office. Reached out on multiple occasions to get assistance with sound proofing the windows to make my living condition more peaceful and manageable and no solution was provided . Still waiting on some items to be fixed in the home. Walls are super thin. Poor build quality

JACK THE SAKESNAN WAS VERY HONEST AND STRAIGHTFORWARD. HE ASSURED THST MY EXPERIENCE WAS STRESS FREE AS WELL AS TRANSPARENT. HE IS TRULY A GREAT GUY. HE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR INDUSTRY. I WILL RECOMMEND TO ANY AND ALL PEOPLE THAT WANT TO PURCHASE A HOME.

Very bad experience. My house has many imperfections and we've been living in it for less than 3 months. I would never recommend this company.

It is quite difficult to communicate with the front office of the community. People are parking on the main road instead of the side roads where parking is available make it a very difficult for me to park in my driveway.

Everyone seems so nice! Super safe community! Dog friendly. Almost everyone here has a dog!

Cheap builds, sales reps to property managers are just full of it! Washer brand new has ruined all my work clothes broken 1 time already, since end of may fell garage of trash don’t move here

What I like most about Starlight Thomas was you guys were not difficult to deal with you guys everything was explained to where you would understand everything that they’re having to say especially one of the QA inspector Q he’s an inspector. He kind of told me pretty much everything I need you to know about my home once I moved in and all the steps to take in carrying and maintaining it. That’s what I like most about it.

It is a great home with great layouts and everything, but I would recommend getting an inspector.

The Realtor/Sales Person Angela was loved to gaslight me and was completely crazy, giving me information about her personal life and the Starlight Homes Sales Office and Community. The Manager Mark, does nothing for the customer, after Angela left he did absolutely nothing for me. The townhome I purchased has many things that show that the work was not done to high standards. They also had to dig up the flooring and replace plumbing, the concrete slab was dug done to the pipes and dirt piles were 6 feet high in the newly finished townhome.

Everything was good. I'm happy with the property, I'm happy with the neighbor, and I'm happy with everything. I'm happy with the team, especially David—he's a very good guy.

I have a couple of issues and they have never been resolved. I have tried calling multiple times and they never call me back. I still do not know what is going on with the problems.

One of my friends invested in the same Starlight model with the exact same specifications. He purchased it just three weeks after I did and received a $10,000 price reduction. Since we bought the same model with the same configuration within such a short period, I would appreciate it if you could review my purchase and consider offering a similar price adjustment.

Homes are attractive and affordable with nice lot sizes. Great neighborhood location as well because it is surrounded by trees and farmland.
