At Flood Department our water removal mitigation experts use the most effective water extraction and industrial cleanup methods to ensure an extremely fast drying process. Call now and our certified water removal technicians will be dispatched immediately to your home or commercial property! Water damage requires immediate attention, so do not delay.

Water damage is usually a direct result of a burst pipe, overflowing toilet or sink, water seeping through your roof, a sot pump failure or hot water heater malfunction.

When Flood Department arrives you can expect the following:

A trained technician will arrive at your door in a Flood Depertment uniform, who will introduce himself and will lay out a Flood Department mat to wipe his feet on before entering your home.

Upon entering the building or residence our professional moisture detection equipment will be used to evaluate and document the psychometric conditions inside and outside the building and the moisture content of materials in affected and unaffected areas.

Flood Department technicians than will evaluate and document the source and time of the water intrusion, visible material deterioration, and pre-existing damage and microbial growth. Professional moisture-detection equipment will be used to evaluate and document the extent of water migration and moisture intrusion into building materials and contents.

Flood Department will establish moisture content or drying goals for affected building materials and contents near the beginning of the restoration process. This will be achieved by determining a dry standard that will be communicated to our customer and the insurance company and any third party that is involved.
