Punchlist - There was an issue with our fence being installed but Taylor was very diligent and got installed for us as soon as was permitted. We really appreciated that.

There was a period time when I was not satisfied with the warranty work. It was not being completed in a timely manner. I chose not to complete the survey until the work was completed. Taylor Bennett, the warranty manager, has made everything right. The work has been completed.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The designs of the ECH houses, and ours in particular, show more thoughtfulness addressing the living experience of the day. The details of the layout was/is intriguing, practical and interesting. The master walk in bath/shower is brilliant. There is lots of storage - the front hall closet, two ample pantries, and lots of attic flooring. It was a team effort all along the process to make sure all facets were covered. We felt confident of the end product. Each person was attentive to our concerns whether insignificant or not. Working with ECH was an enjoyable experience instead of a painful adversarial process.We enjoyed the flexibility to make changes in plans to accommodate us eg, different exterior paint color, different glass in front door, additional exhaust fan above the stove to go along with the stove hood fan, reflective roofing board to insulate attic (great option for future).Some suggestions - 1) window in upstairs shower similar to the windows above the master shower; 2) reorganized Master closet (some shelves too high and some blocked); 3) remote inline 'shower' fan within the ductwork (quieter, more powerful and better exhaust for not much more).

From initial contact to closing, the people were magnificent. The quality of the primary contractors and subcontractors cannot be beaten. It's exceptional. The post closing support is responsive and of the highest quality.
