Construction Quality - I feel like Taylor went above and beyond to ensure we received a high quality home
Communication - Both Tracy and Taylor were very communicative. They sent update emails, responded to calls and emails in a timely fashion. They were great.
Punchlist - There was an issue with our fence being installed but Taylor was very diligent and got installed for us as soon as was permitted. We really appreciated that.
Evans Coghill Homes provided professional expertise at every step of the process. It is a breath of fresh air to deal with a builder which truly values your business.
Recognized Excellence - Ed Boyd was always available for follow up questions and addressed any concerns immediately. I have never worked with a builder that is so responsive. This is my third new home. They have gone far above and beyond.

Recognized Excellence - Ed is my new hero. Most builders are difficult to work with, but Ed will call me back in 10 minutes. He really cares. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it well. Tracy and Taylor were great to work with. There is not just one person who exceed my expectations.
Additional Comments - I am happy with my home. I do not think I have ever worked with a builder who has been so responsive after a sale.I could be a spokes men for this company. I would tell everyone about this company.

Home Completion Sched - Not the first time due to weather. But they updated me with pictures and communicated weekly.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Communication is key. It may not be exactly what you want to hear but to just have communication and not be avoided. If they said they were going to call or do something they did.

There was a period time when I was not satisfied with the warranty work. It was not being completed in a timely manner. I chose not to complete the survey until the work was completed. Taylor Bennett, the warranty manager, has made everything right. The work has been completed.

Kelee signed a contract for 150K...then contacted my Mayor (Employer) to see if there was any Grant monies to support my under insured house rebuild of 255K. Why sign a contract if the rebuild cost 105K over the agreed contract. She never told me that the house would be 255K. Not Recommended.
The installers went above and beyond putting in my windows. They had to help us move a bed. They were great and friendly.
