We are offering a completely virtual sales experience for our customers, where we can do an entire sale without ever having to be face-to-face. Sales reps are working from home.
Communication was not good… Project manager not on job often… End of day summaries would’ve been very helpful. Never knew who to call when I had issues as I had no phone numbers other than the outside sales person. Had to ask for a end of project walk-through instead of that being an automatic. Many landscape areas were damaged and large dead spots in grass.
Elbert sales team was very attentive and listened to every issue and dealt with them promptly. The crew worked really fast.
Poor communication skills.
They were knowledgeable and easy to work with.
I was not pleased with the organization and punctuality of the company. Their responsiveness was not good.
Tracy Heine was fantastic and an absolute pleasure to work with and has an excellent customer service oriented attitude. She is obviously a great asset and a highly professional representative for your company. I also very much appreciated Michael's professionalism and honest assessment of the not-so-great workmanship that your sub-contractor did on our initial gutters replacement and his pro-activeness of wanting to come back to personally re-do all the gutters to his standards.
Scot was extremely nice and professional when he came out to give me an estimate, which I very much appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and assuring. My siding was on back order and took longer than expected to arrive. Once the work started, the crew finished within a few hours, which was great. There was no language barrier with the work crew leader and he and his crew were workers on the Elbert payroll and had a long history with the company which I appreciated IMMENSELY, and that is VERY rare these days. That alone was worth it and gave me peace of mind. All in all it was a great experience. I wish the communication would have been a little better and time will tell if their work holds up. I would definitely use Elbert Construction again and would recommend.
Anyone wanting quality roofing and expedited time with excellent clean up should use Elbert Construction.
The crew made some errors in the beginning, and it took some time but in the end, they fulfilled their obligation.
I truly believe that they are more professional than any other company I've dealt with, and that's why I will use them again, and referring them to others. They worked with me, solved my problems, were quick, and were clear with me on what needed to be done. They were better than any company I've dealt with!
I am dissatisfied because they have come out twice and can't fix the leak in the ceiling.
Elbert Construction along with John Inman were wonderful to work with. We are so thankful for the great work they did. The house looks great with the new windows and doors.
I highly recommend Elbert Construction, they were very professional. They did a great job for me!
I've had countless contracters pull no call/no shows. If Elbert says they'll be there, they will in fact be there. Will do business again!
As days go by, I get less and less satisfied, as communication has been lacking. Windows were installed sideways, and I was told someone would contact me about fixing them. It's been a couple weeks. I was told the contract specified stock windows even though they seemed expensive enough that they would be custom sized. I was re-sent a copy of the contract, on which I could see nothing about stock windows, which I pointed out. Again, no follow up. Since the windows were not custom sized, they had to be installed with what looks like a bunch of scrap lumber. The workers left broken glass on the floor and a couple of their tools. While the siding and wrapping looks nice, the wrapping is such that the garage doors rub heavily on it, which might degrade something over time. Finally, my downspouts were replaced using straps that do not match the color, and were poorly installed. I sent Scot a picture of that.... no reply. I'm not impressed with the window work or the way Elbert has responded to my concerns.
Elbert was knowledgeable and was quite willing to interface with me and my insurance company when asked.
Jason was amazing at what he did.
They did a great job and I am totally satisfied.
If I know someone that needs a roof, I will recommend Elbert.
Elbert Construction did a very good job!
Overall happy with new gutters are roof quality but the communication was lacking. I wasn't in a rush to get our project done but trying to schedule a painter at the right time as well as a vacation in the time-line I wanted to have an idea. Had to ask over and over and over.
Their workmanship and quality is awesome but you have to stay on top of the communication.
We are very happy with all of our new replacement windows, and are especially enjoying the custom window that was installed in our kitchen. In addition, Steve and his crew converted our screened-in porch into a 3 season room, and we are so pleased with how it turned out. We love it!
The best in the business! Gary Griggs was above and beyond on his knowledge and professionalism, he was able to answer every question we had without hesitation. Elbert Construction will be my recommendation for everything from now on.
Very appreciative with the way they handled everything, and they said it could be October before it was finished, but they worked it out and got it completed sooner, and Charlene is very grateful.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Elbert Construction as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
