Clean
Clean - Every day, Sergey and Tyler organized their tools, cleaned their workspace, and staged for the following day's work, with military precision. Every week, they pulled up their entire work layout so there was no impact to our home from the work equipment over the weekend. In particular, the careful sorting and organization of tools and equipment within the worksite (in a place the homeowners did not see) speaks to their cleaning and organization for *themselves,* not just out of some concern for the homeowner -- that they use that organization as a part of their incredible quality of work.
