Thank goodness the men left extra boards. We will have to take the time to cut and replace a board that was hastily and shabbily put in place. Further, one support joist under the deck was not put in place straight but at an angle. However, there is no way to rectify this. The supervisor should wait until the lunch hour to text and talk on the cell phone. Had he done this, they might have been done in one and a half days instead of two days.

Everyone associated with the work (bid, measurement, install, follow up was absolutely amazing. If all of American business ran like this we'd make America great again. I could not be happier with the experience or the finished product. But I MUST give a special shout out to the install crew. They were great workers, but also really good Men. So much so that I gave them all a copy of by book "The Man Book".
I am thrilled with the finished Deckover pool retirement. The craftsmanship, design, engineering and aesthetics exceeded my expectations. The entire workforce were great, very pleasant, conscientious and honest. Work and cleanup were done well, and in a timely manner.
