Professional service-Good experience!

Before they came, our home had siding that was improperly installed by the prior owner (gaps, warping, discoloration). Our gutters weren't pitched properly, and didn't drain to the correct areas, the soffits had to be fixed as well. The Crystal Exteriors crew installed new siding, gutters, everything... And it looks fantastic. My wife and I are really happy with the result. They are professionals who take pride in doing the job well.

The company and its personnel were very pleasant, efficient and responsive. They provided a quality product and excellent installation service. Despite the frustrations of supply chain delays beyond the control of the company, we are very pleased with the results of our purchase.

We used Crystal Exteriors to replace a set of French doors. We were very satisfied with our experience from start to finish and would consider them for future work!

Areas For Improvement - They did not fall short of my expectations. They did such a neat job. It was way above what I expected, especially after having bad contractor experiences. They went above and beyond on a building in our backyard that I don't even care that much about.

Areas Of Satisfaction - The cleanliness was a big thing. I would let them leave their stuff in the barn. They would go in and sweep up every night. It was all neatly organized in a corner. There were no nails or pieces of stuff left over after the project was complete. After other contractors, we had nails left on the trampoline. They were very detailed, very clean, and meticulous. They did things I wouldn't pick up on, like double trim to make it match in certain areas. They were over-the-top professionals. It was way more than I was expecting.

Additional Comments - I would recommend them. We are pretty far out on the edge of their service area. I had a bunch of projects that I wish I had known about sooner because they were fantastic, and we've done a ton of projects on this house. I highly recommend them.

Communication

Communication - From before we signed the contract, and throughout the process, communication was excellent. We faced numerous delays because of a hurricane and covid, and Jason was prompt and effective communicating with me every step of the way.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Unfortunately due to the supplier delays to no fault of Crystal Exteriors, we had to wait several months for the siding to come in. Over those months, there were some heavy winds that further ripped off our already damaged siding at my mother's house. With heavy storms that was coming that week, I reached out to Jason to see if he could assist to avoid permanent rain damage to the exposed wood. He sent a crew out the next day to nail and secure the damaged side at no charge. My mother was very appreciative and thankful to Jason and the crew.

This was my first time getting siding, I am pleased with the results. I have and definitely would recommend.
