Edgar Li was my sales person and he came out promptly to look at my project. I wanted 2 sets of French doors to replace older builders models that were showing their age. Edgar made recommendations based on what I was asking and was very prompt with his written proposal. I found his prices to be very fair and reasonable for what I was getting. Edgar was easy to talk to, patient, responsive, and clear. He priced out some options for me so that I could make informed decisions. The final choices turned out to be excellent. The ProVia doors are high quality and much more secure than my previous doors. Installation went smoothly and they sealed off the construction areas so there was no debris coming into my house. The workmen were clean, neat, thorough and pleasant. They even blew my leaves out of my property for me! I had a problem with a new smart lock they also installed for me on another door. The lock company sent me a new one. Edgar Li replaced it very quickly with no problem and it is now working fine. I originally chose Crystal Exteriors based on the great reviews on Checkbook. I was even more impressed with my actual experience and highly recommend this company!

Crystal Exteriors replaced our siding and installed gutters and gutter guards. I had a great experience with them! The workmanship was high quality, I have no complaints at all. The cost was reasonable and they came in exactly on-budget. Communication was sometimes a bit delayed but the project itself was done in less than two full days. The workers were professional and kept the work area clean.

Left big cracks and gaps in the metal sheathing under the top floor windows where they meet the lower roof, I emailed them with pictures but they did not come back and repair it. Also tons of nails all over my driveway and garden, and lots of wood and roof degree in the stuff in my shed when they swapped out wood for the subroof. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Installing the siding and the associated items we purchased was done quickly and with excellent attention to detail and quality. The foreman provided an electrician who removed the conduit for our solar panels and then reinstalled it for a fraction of the price that our solar company was going to charge just for removing the conduit (and the solar company couldn't come close to meeting our schedule requirements). The finished product was gorgeous, and two of our neighbors commented on how great it looked.

It was nice to deal with an organization that communicated what was involved from the start to a completion estimated timeline which was met and at a price point which I doubt that could have been beaten. Two other roofers where contacted for an estimate. One showed but never delivered an estimate after two request. Another contractor contacted never even bothered to show also after two requests.

Types of work - Crystal Exteriors replaced our roof and replaced our windows on different occasions. There was never any doubt who we wanted to do our work! Good quality and prompt service.

I'll just copy what I put under item '12' below. Crystal were great at doing the work - fast, organized, professional. Follow up was the only disappointment. The new roof funneled rain very efficiently into the 'valleys' between the roof components. This produced 'waterfalls' at the front door during storms, as the rain overwhelmed the gutters. In follow-up Crystal, mentioned some kind of 'deflector' that could have eased the problem, but it wasn't offered during or after installation. Minor/medium quibble and the problem has somehow eased with time. I still strongly recommend Crystal.
