If you sign any kind of agreement they try to put leans on the property. It sounds like a good deal and they make good settlements so you agree to it, but then all of a sudden you get emails about fines and leans. You have to read the fine print or you'll get taken advantage of.
Community Builders worked really, really hard on our bathroom.
Areas Of Satisfaction - The workers from Community Builders did a very good job.
Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize the first gentlemen that came, Brian, from Community Builders. He was very, very nice and polite.
They were very friendly and we had some mishaps with the ordering. Brian was always trying to make me happy and satisfied.
There was a delayed start date from what was originally contracted and the work wasn't completed as originally contracted.
I was well-pleased with the work and everything was good.
They did a fair job overall.
I would with reservations. We hired them because they had other contractors that worked for them and it ended up working well for us because the first contractors were not a good fit for us.
Great Windows and workmanship
The installer did a top-notch job, Adrienne was her name. The gutters work fantastically.
The salesman was top notch. We were 100% pleased and happy about that. From the time the workers got there, it was not done professionally. The work site was left just a mess after a couple of days. It took a long time to get somebody back out here. Finally Richie came and corrected a lot of the problems, certainly, but I'm still waiting for them to come replace the wall and paint. The work site was such a mess. They didn't have their own equipment. They used my vacuum and ruined it. They finally mailed me a new one I just got a few days ago. The inspector Richie came the night before to say he was coming the next day. The next day was the day I was going to the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general. He was knowledgeable, and he cleaned up what they did. I can't believe we spent that type of money and got that quality. That's months after the original thing. We still cannot use the Jacuzzi because the heater was not working. When they left, we ordered one a month and a half ago. We still don't have the heater, however Richie did call, and he's supposed to be getting someone here to fix the Jacuzzi without the air working--because the Jacuzzi is 50 percent power 50 percent air that's what makes it soothing to arthritic joints. With the air not working, we're not able to take advantage anything with the tub. It's not a good experience at all. I have people at the wellness center We're still surprised how it worked out. The mess they left is unbelievable.
Only problem I had was the sales person would come in one day and cover everything. That did not happen took them two days and had dust everywhere. The second time I used it there was cold water and not enough water.
Community Builders was very efficient and thorough on everything that they did. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them, they were wonderful.
They did a professional job and it looks very nice.
Think long and hard before you even consider using Community Builders. Insist on having a holdback of 10% on the total price pending your satisfaction with the finished project. Otherwise, I don't think Community Builders can be trusted with any project.
Very professional and highly efficient . . . truly love this walk-in tub!na
I like my windows. It is bright. It stopped all the air from coming in. They are doing what I think they should do.
I like my friends and I want to keep them. That would make enemies. When he called to make repairs he said he was coning Monday or Tuesday and it was two weeks later before he even came. He always had excuses. He would say someone stole the nutmegs off his tire or something. It is not all his fault because he doesn't have help which is ridiculous.
I was most satisfied with the quality of material and workmanship. I highly recommend their work from the work they did on my awning and deck. I love it and it gave us an outdoor room.
If I had to do over again, I would have the door adjusted, it hits my knees. I really do like it and I use it everyday!
Everyone from Community Builders was very professional. The installation crew was incredible. The team worked fast and did not take breaks and worked from morning time till dark.
I am completely satisfied with the workmanship; I would highly recommend them to my friends!
I am satisfied with the quality of the product and everything turned out how I wanted it to.
When I buy something, there's always a little bit of buyer's remorse about something. I have not had one minute of buyer's remorse with my new shower and my new bathtub!
They were very knowledgeable and polite. They were on time and they communicated well. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier, I was able to understand.

By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Community Builders, Inc. as part of our survey process.
