The delays and timeframe were unreasonable. It took way too long to complete the project. The workers were messy and did a poor job. Cochran Exteriors LLC did follow up and make things right, but a project that should have taken no more than a week took two months.

We had a great overall experience with Cochran. The sales process was informative and low pressure. The pricing was comparable or better to local competition and felt fair. The quality of work appears to be excellent. Communication was overall good. We will certainly use Cochran Exteriors again in the future should a need arise!
