When Matt first came to our home to discuss our projects his knowledge, professionalism and appreciation for design was very apparent. We knew at that point this was was going to be a perfect fit. Whatever he said they would do they did. If the carpenters were going to be late one day or if there was a change in schedule they let us know in advance. They showed an exceptional attention to detail and their work was excellent.

Recognized Excellence - Jeremy Melcher and his team were extremely knowledgable, showed excellent attention to detail, great communication and respect for our home. Jeremy's carpenter skills and leadership were exceptional. His team went to great lengths to guarantee we were happy with the results. There was no doubt in our minds that the work he and his team did was done right.

Professional & Organized
Professional & Organized - From the first meeting to the last, and a 90 day after walkthrough was fantastic. There was never anything “left behind”, cleaned the work areas every day and we’re very helpful on a few other projects I was tackling around the house as they were here.
Sales Knowledge
Sales Knowledge - Although we did the build during COVID-19, they stayed on top of all the materials, updating us weekly on delivery and install…the project manager, electrician, tile folks, woodwork specialist continued to completely explain their work….great experience in trying times!

Subcontractor Performance - Each “member” of the team, electrician, plumber, paint, tile…didn’t even realize they “subs”…nothing but total professionalism from all of them.

Punchlist - Matt and crew found a few things that we didn’t even recognize, they have better eyes for quality craftsmanship than us…pointed it out and fixed it immediately.
