Dont recommend having their tile subcontractor.
Clarke contractors came to my house to do water mitigation after a pipe burst they showed up at 9:30pm and stayed until 5:30am to get everything removed and cleaned up, they also came back periodically for the next few days to check how everything was going I could not ask for better customer service these guys/ gals are amazing at what they do!
My overall experience with Clarke Contractors was good and I am very happy with my house. The project was a complex restoration of my house which had severe fire, smoke and water damage. Additionally, I made several significant changes to the house as it was being rebuilt. Clarke was receptive to the changes and successfully executed them. The construction crew were very experienced and dedicated to high quality work. Clarke's cleaning crew who performed the "de-smoking" process was outstanding. The subcontractors used by Clarke were courteous and also did high quality work. The areas that could be improved were communication regarding the project schedule and change order cost.

Mike the Supervisor over my project, made himself readily available, and Rick and the Crew were the most professional, efficient, contractors I've ever worked with, We plan on collaboration with Clark in the future for additional home remodeling

Area For Improvement - I left several messages towards the end of our rebuild for Nate with Alacrity without getting return phone calls. What good is this program if my contact person from Alacrity does not call me back?

They are excellent at what they do. I tried many other contractors and they were only ones who could do what they said.

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize the gentleman that put the carpet in (Adam?) for his exceptional service. He was the one that was there when the flood first happened and took pictures of where everything belonged so that they could be replaced once the work was done. I would also like to recognize the gentleman that was in charge of pulling out all the carpet and flooring samples (Project Manager Terry). He was kind, fast and professional. I would also like to recognize all the people in between who worked hard to get this done for us.
We have called Clarke Contractors twice to help with small roofing issues. They have been very helpful and prompt in fixing it for us!
Responded quickly to emergency at my home and took care of all required work to fix and restore.

Guy who painted inside and cleaned up mold in upstairs bathroom was good. Guy who worked in half bath - nice guy. Sorry I don’t remember everyone’s names. Good people work at CC. Didn’t feel like short cuts were taken. PM kept me informed
