What I really appreciated is the timely updates and progress reports. Scott followed up regularly whether in person or through timely phone calls to ensure all the work procedures were completed to our satisfaction. Scott is the ultimate professional!

The project manager I had stayed on top of the sub contractors to make sure the work was getting done properly and made them come back several times to do the job correctly. Had I not had problems with the sub contractor they hired to do the job and if the work spoken about during my initial walk through had been changed to what he said then there would never have been so many problems with the sub. I would have given them a perfect rating. In the end the project manager made sure the work that was listed got done and that's all that really matters.

The majority of the people from CCA were extremely professional and responsive, but the low score reflects one employee who was in charge of itemizing and project managing the contents of my home and he was incomplete, unresponsive, and I am still missing big and expensive items with no word to as if they are lost or totaled. I was quoted 6 weeks for the company to finish up and it has been over three months and I am still waiting for a response to account for my missing items. I can't complete my insurance claim and am out thousands of dollars replacing things that were totaled and haven't been able to be reimbursed from my insurance company.
