My expectations of the quality and build was exceeded in regards to them finishing the project earlier than what they said. There were no corners cut to achieve an earlier build time.
Overall I was pleased with my experience with Brye,Terah,&Janet. I would definitely recommend CB Jeni to coworkers and friends. I appreciate Brye for making sure I was satisfied with my new home. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my concerns were met in a timely manner. From the date I signed my contract to closing I was called weekly with construction progress...... Great team :) A+ rating ...I love my townhome. It is so cozy

It's a beautiful home for the stage of life that we are in. It is a way for us to downsize while maintaining a sense of comfort and beauty. It is sort of a little jewel box. It is well designed, well thought out, and a very aesthetically pleasing place. I love it.
I love my new home! The sales manager and the builder ensured everything went smoothly. The sales manager went above and beyond always following up with me on every last detail. Even after I moved in, they continue to check in with me making sure everything is going well. What excellent customer service!

What a NIGHTMARE!!! Decided to use CB Jeni's program of Move Up America to sell my first CB Jeni home. The realtor given to me was completely inept and basically I sold my home myself. The lenders provided to me were horrific as well. I went with Starkey Mortgage at first as they were my lender for the first CB Jeni home I bought. Three weeks before closing I changed lenders as Starkey Morygage became increasingly difficult to deal with. The next refrred lender of Highlands Mortgage was even more difficult to deal with as I was screamed at by Anthony D'iorio who left me in tears. I was told by CB Jeni that I HAD TO close on my home by August 31st or I would incur $150 a day assessment for each day after August 31st. I had to draw up a Power of Attorney for my fiance to close for me. Upon closing and moving in on September 1st, the air conditioner didn't work for SEVEN days. My fiance and I had to find another place to sleep for SEVEN days. Finally, I was so fed up I drove to CB Jeni Headquarters to discuss my extreme frustrations. I spoke with Steve Schermerhorn who is the President of CB Jeni and Phil Pearce who is the Area Construction Manager of Normandy Homes and Steve promised me everything would be "made right" as CB Jeni failed me on EVERY level from the sale of my first CB Jeni home to the Move Up America program and their lenders. I told him I was FORCED to close on August 31st or I would incur a $150 a day assessment. I told Steve I jumped through all their hoops to accommodate CB Jeni but yet I've had a broken A/C for SEVEN nights and at the time had yet to sleep in my brand new home. Steve said he would gather some info from his team and be in touch with me a week later. Well, it's been THREE weeks now and no phone call, email or anything. I will NEVER buy another CB Jeni home, EVER. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE on every level other than the Design Center and the Veridian, CB Jeni Sales Manager.
We purchased this home as a quick move in and the process was quick and easy. The house and neighborhood are lovely.

I had a very good experience with the sales and construction managers. Title company was just OK. I did not get my mortgage through them.
They insulate the unit with 4 inches of sheet rock which helps to keep any noise down.
