The work was done in a timely fashion. The products are excellent. I was satisfied with the job, but the service after was lacking. I would say, if asked, that I was satisfied, but that is as far as I would go.

I have mixed feeling about recommending them, although they were very attentive and reactive to situations that arose during installation of the windows and the number of defects were surprisingly high. The project also took longer than expected.

Everyone at Callen was fantastic to work with. We had 6 windows replaced in our bedrooms and bathrooms. Brandon, Curtis, and Keith did a great job with the installation and cleaned up everything afterwards as if they'd never been there. Ryan completed the staining in no time, and Christopher responded quickly whenever we had a question. We are very happy with our new windows and the whole experience, will be replacing our kitchen windows next with Callen.
