Really helped us with our design needs as we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted but we knew we wanted to add character towards side entry, which ultimately resulted in a portico and a garage overhang aside from new siding, and a new roof with eaves. The team was efficient and got things done quickly. The end product looks great.

I will recommend but will give advice on negotiations of the contract and management of the project to avoid the "in the contract" situation we were trapped in. Take time, read the contract, clarify and get details at the beginning. I would put time based credits into the contract if the selling point continues to be "we are very fast" so that incentives for meeting that promise are aligned with the goals of the company. Once the contract is signed, Burr management will fight every point from that moment on.

The team at Burr Roofing replaced our barn roof in February 2024. They were excellent to work with. As part of the initial process, the owner of Burr visited us for a consultation and was candid and straightforward with his thoughts and recommendations. During the project the communication was excellent - with a text thread established with the entire team that would be working on our home. Our project manager (Stew) was excellent. He visited after the roof repairs were completed to ensure that our property was left clean and the project was done well (including ensuring there were no nails left in the grass). We also felt the price we paid was incredibly fair. We plan to use Burr again for our next big roofing job on our house.

Burr Roofing was extremely thorough during the quoting process and every detail was addressed. The project started in a very timely fashion and moved quickly. House came out better than we imagined.

My wife and I are very happy with the final look. Burr was not the least expensive quote. Nor was it the most expensive. They listened to us; they brought to us samples of materials to consider. Workmanship was excellent. Overall, a good value for our money. With the new siding, our outside of the home is now virtually maintenance free.

Our project was a condominium siding project. Burr presented us with a detailed proposal and Chris Deakins responded immediately to any questions we had regarding the specifics of the proposal. Chris’s consistently quick response time and his patience in answering all of our questions is one of the reasons we selected Burr for our project. Once the project got under way, Dylan, the project manager, was on site nearly every day and any questions or concerns that arose were addressed immediately.
Woody Priest, the owner of Burr, has a real eye for what looks good and he made excellent recommendations that ensured that our units looked fabulous.
