My wife and I are very happy with the final look. Burr was not the least expensive quote. Nor was it the most expensive. They listened to us; they brought to us samples of materials to consider. Workmanship was excellent. Overall, a good value for our money. With the new siding, our outside of the home is now virtually maintenance free.

However at one point the project stalled and the commmunication was horrendous leaving us hanging for months not knowing if or when the project would be finished. The number one selling point is the contract. It is informative and concise. The contract explains what to expect and not expect from the product and service you will receive.I felt comfotable that it reflected the commitment and experience required for a successful project.

The start of work was delayed way beyond the "promised" date even though it was a very dry summer and the delay was not caused by weather. Once the work began, it took much longer than originally estimated. To be fair, there were some scope changes but they do not account for all of the additional time. The main problem was that there were never more than two workers on the site and the majority of the time there was only one. The delays caused problems and delays with other contractors on the job which was a full house gut renovation.The proprietor of the company, who was my "representative", is very knowledgeable and professional. He was very helpful to me in making many of the decisions that were required and he is, generally, a pleasure to deal with .
