the serviceman arrived on time and called before to tell me he was on the way. it was just a routine service call, but he explained all that he did. recommended that we change the filter. the serviceman was polite and efficient.

is it standard to hold a cooling unit up by a belt to prevent it from leaning? this belt slipped and was tighten to again to prevent it from leaking

A belt doesn't sound like the proper material to hold anything related to air conditioning
