We were very happy and they did it very quickly and were in constant communication with us at all times. If they follow up on the guarantee like they have already after the installation, then it will be good.

Carpenter bees out of reach! Anything that can be done?

I have seen a lot of great DIY carpenter bee traps that fill up with bees. I have friends that say the traps keep them out of the house.  https://www.pinterest.com/explore/carpenter-bee-trap/
Is there any tree like Leyland cypress but the height should not be more than 15 feet?

Try a dwarf arborvitae. They look similar but don't attain the height of a leyland cypress.
