I would recommend American home design to anyone looking into upgrade their bathroom. Their personnel is very nice and they keep you updated on everything they’re doing And they check on you on everything and they don’t leave them dirty mess behind. It’s a very good experience for me.

Good experience from sales rep to customer service. Installation was fast and efficient and installers nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Anyone I had contact with seemed only interested in a positive customer experience. Company is very customer and employee oriented.

They responded quickly when I made initial contact. The sales representative was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was not pushy, so we did not feel pressured to make an instant decision. The installer was professional, friendly and a master at his craft. He made the process as easy as possible with no interruption to our day. He was very fast, efficient and delivered a quality installation for a quality product. I would give him 10 stars if the scale went that high. The main office stayed in contact with us from start to finish. They made sure everything was on schedule. All of the staff members were friendly and kind. The entire process was A+. I would recommend them to anyone.
