The design consultant Zach Vessels and the installer Nate Denson were great! They both worked with us to get exactly what we wanted in our tub to shower transition. We were expecting for it to take a 2-3 day process, wrong. Nate arrived at 8 a.m. and the job was completed by 4:30 p.m. on the same day! It is beautiful! I felt like I was in a fancy hotel when I took my first shower. Zach and Nate were easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Zach came by after the install to make sure we were satisfied, how nice! We will definitely recommend American Home Design to our friends and family.

Zack and his partner were very efficient and professional. They did our shower installation in about 9 and a half or 10 hours. They cleaned up the bathroom very nice. I did have to call Zack 2 times to adjust the shower doors but he responded the same day both times. I would highly recommend this company.

Friendly gentleman did the install in two days, by himself. He’d occasionally ask me about positioning safety bars, shower seat, etc. so I was involved to that degree. Excellent work and I’m loving my new Jacuzzi step-in shower stall!

The technicians were friendly and fast the product is very sturdy and easy to clean. Much better than fiberglass. Sales rep was able to answer all questions without a high pressure sale. I would highly recommend.

Worked with my vision and even let me wait to make a decision on the doors all the way up to time of install. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. No hidden fees or extra costs. They were also able to get my on the schedule quickly!

Be more upfront about signing the contract & what that means. Have your salespeople be more mindful of texting less & speaking on the phone more.

American Home Design did not pressure during the sales process. They were very thorough in answering all my questions. They followed up with me in a timely fashion once all the materials were ready for installation to schedule the work. The work was completed in the time frame given and the crew was easy to work with and they were most respectful of my home during the process. All in all a very low stress process!!

Shower is looking quite beautiful we have had several people say it was really nice looking. It works really well .

The entire team from Rich the design consultant, Spencer and team the installers, and can't forget Leigh from the front office where true professional with a **** of a lot of personality. Their word was their bond, true to it. The superb craftsmanship is hard to find these day, it was like it was their own project.
