I would recommend AHD. But, I would do so with suggestions and with caution. My experience, so far, leads me to suspect they may a bit short staffed. Response time where problems arise is somewhat slow. And, more attention to situations which might arise should be adjusted prior to actual installation or covered as a “ might occur” during the sales process. In our case we had and still have a shower floor so slick that it is not safe to stand on it without a mat. This was not what I expected and a disappointment since that was discussed during the sales discussion.

My wife and I are very happy with our new windows. The team that took out the old windows and replaced them was very professionnal and friendly. They did an excellent job!

They were extremely helpful in guiding my decisions and did great work.

Said they would check on their work done at a family members house and they never have. Their sun room is a piece of waisted junk. Got problems with a roof over our back deck and turned it in on the 20th of June and called three more time do not even get a return call to tell me why they have not come yet. Not the builders Fault. It is the places where they get their stuff to build with.

I could not be happier with our new shower! And we had the greatest installer!

I will give a 10 STAR if you had it. We love our new walk in shower Every thing about this remodel went VERY SMOOTH. Salesman was great, didn't try to pressure us at all. The installer Bill did an excellent job and I will ask for him if we have another need for American Home Designs services.

Already have recommend to my neighbor and friend who is getting new walk in shower in 5 weeks.

Additional Comments - Given the situation throughout the country, I was very happy that the project was able to be completed so quickly. The installation crew respected the social distancing guidelines, yet were very efficient - each person went about what seemed to be their normal duties. No hesitations or setbacks, almost as if it was second nature. Professional, courteous, efficient, and fastidious. You hear and read so much about customer service or satisfaction on T.V. or in print; AHD practices it. While I dealt only with a small part of their services, I will give them 5 stars.
