The lack of communication ruined my experience. There are some things that fell through cracks. The salesperson didn't turn in the order before he got fired.
The finished project is attractive and I know of no problems with the construction.

Overall, I am super happy with what they did, but it was just a bummer.
I promptly paid my bill with ALL Exteriors. What I didn't know was that the supplier, Arrow Builders, was going to keep sending me legal notices of intent to file a lien on my residence because ALL Exteriors had not paid their bill with Arrow Builders. When I got the quote, I was told they could repair my roof in about 6 weeks. That ended up being more like a YEAR! The initial quote must not have been accurate, since they sent out two other individuals at a later time to recheck what had to be done. Although maybe after a YEAR they needed to be reminded. I would rather not use them again.
I am very satisfied, 100% satisfied. They did lack a bit in communication, I would've liked a heads up before the install. But the workmanship and quality are great, I highly recommend them.
They were very professional from the estimate through to the finished product. I thought the price was fair for the quality of the product.

After coming off a remodel job (contractor recommended from known source) that is over 9 months behind I was a bit torn with moving ahead with All Exteriors after reading the reviews. I’m glad I went ahead with the project, every body that we worked with Stefan, Heather, Ashleigh, Dan and George did an excellent job of making this project successful. Our house was not an easy project it’s not a typical structure. They did a great job and we love it. It’s very hard to decide things based off references, we had a solid reference for our remodel (not All Exteriors) and that has been a nightmare. We had a concern with the reviews for All Exteriors but have had a great experience. So you never know how it will go but we have learned you need to be flexible with projects so many things can put them off track.
Installation crew were knowledgeable accurate and fast
I like the gutters and my dad said the install crew was great. Just not a fan of your lack of communication through the wait and the time it took to get back to me on my question/order change
