We went with Vaillancourt as they are local, had a good reputation, and were recommended by friends. We were impressed with how quickly the job was completed. The crew appeared to be organized and worked hard. We were told a crew would return in the future to do an additional clean up around the grounds. We were also told if any of the shingles do not lay flat, they can take are of that on their return visit.
A few days later upon closer inspection, we started identifying some issues. Black markings were left on our deck, and 3 different areas on our siding. We were told that the project manager will look at the deck on his return visit. We also found a roofing nail shot from a nail gun in one of our vinyl siding panels, unacceptable. Someone had to have know that this happened. This will be pointed out to the project manager upon his return. I hope more care was taken on actually doing the roof shingling.
As far as recommending Vaillancourt to others, unknown at the point until some issues are reviewed with the project manager.

I successfully owned a small business for over 25 years - we were an integral part of the community. But the exemplary customer service Vaillancourt provides, and the obvious care and welfare of their employees, makes them a company that is a joy to work with, a company that makes you feel deep-down good about hiring.

Recently had asphalt shingle roof installed by Adam Vaillancourt. Great experience. Project Manager on site (Justin) was very attentive to all aspects of the job and was clearly focused on assuring customer satisfaction. Actual production crew (installers) were very hard working and also very attentive to customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend Adam Vaillancourt.

The job of replacing the roof has been completed, but I am still waiting to hear when the gutters are to be installed....So the job has still not been completed, and I have yet to hear from the company regarding the timeframe for scheduling the gutter installation..

They were expensive. I would recommend Adam Vaillancourt Roofing, LLC. They did good work. There was one thing I was disappointed in with the way it transpired, but other than that, it was good. I think they are an outstanding company. They were attentive and answered my questions. They are very expensive. The only thing I was disappointed in was that my home had bat screenings, which no one said anything to us about. They completed the roof and left the screens off. We had droppings around the house, and we called a pest company to come out and check the areas. They explained that it was bat droppings. I asked Adam Vaillancourt Roofing, LLC if they would come out and put the screens back on, and they told me no. I ended up incurring an excessive $2,000 expense to have it done even after I spent upwards of $100,000 with their company. They stated it was not their responsibility, but that did not sit well with me. The decision went to their boss, and Adam Vaillancourt Roofing, LLC chose not to help me.
