I am not satisfied with this sales rep, and here's why. I want a salesman that wants me to be as satisfied with the deal as he is. He did not. It was a fast transaction. It was all done online or on the phone. I've yet to meet the guy face to face. I never got a thank you from him for my business. When my insurance carrier USAA asked me to provide a detailed quote from my cage vendor, Mr Bowery refused to do so. He wrote me a two page email as to why he would not to that. I did not accept his refusal. And I called the owner, who did not take my call, but referred me to the VP and Chief Operating Officer. This man listened to me, and in two days sent a detailed estimate to USAA. It had a positive result, USAA increased their payment to me. Thank you SIR.
