As a result of heavy rainfall, the lower level of my home took in water through the foundation. Both carpet and laminate flooring was saturated, as was drywall. Wright Way responded and removed the wet materials and installed dehumidifiers and fans. They monitored the space until it reached appropriate levels. Then they worked with me to restore the space, replacing flooring and drywall. I was able to select the materials and they brought in the team to do the installation. I was informed of the progress and schedule and everything was completed as agreed upon. Wright Way showed concern for the inconvenience and also for potential damage to personal belongings and made good suggestions for securing belongings during the drying out process and reconstruction. Communication was frequent and detailed.
We had water leaking through the dining room ceiling from the bathroom upstairs. As this was the second time we had this issue, I wanted a team who understood the requirements and fixed it for good. I looked up Wright Way from google and looking at the reviews gave them a call. Tommy was the first to come on site and he explained the working process. Daniel came in the next day for inspection. He was not only thorough in the inspection, but they also made sure to put a temporary enclosure before they left. I found their approach to be professional and transparent. The process was explained to us and we went ahead with the stages in restoration without any deviation from the plan. Their team worked around our routines to make us as comfortable as possible. Tommy and Alex(the contractor who was appointed), are decent guys, having through knowledge of their work and always willing to answer our questions. We were assured even before the work was completed that the final outcome would be top notch, which it was.
If there's no other question regarding the cost of service, then I would just say that Wright Way Cleaning and Restoration is just a little bit high in price.
I felt that the contractor was professional and timely. The workers did an awesome job of containing the area so that dust didn't get all over the house.

Wright Way Cleaning & Restoration was super responsive. I can't remember, exactly, but I believe they came on a weekend or a holiday. They did great work and were super easy to work with. I would highly recommend Wright Way Cleaning & Restoration. We had water damage. It was aweful and they made it better.
Less than 1 year later, the water damage has started again in the exact same place it was suppose to be fixed.

He was good at searching for the specific thing he searched for, but informing the client completely he wasn't as good at. The drywall he tore down, he didn't put back up, so I got stuck with an expense that could've been avoided. He said he didn't specialize in repairs.
