I ordered the windows for my bay window and they brought one window too short. Other than that, they did a great job installing. One of my windows was shorter than the other two for my bay window. Another complaint that I wasn't expecting was all of the windows they took out, had a clear color screen on them. This one has a dark color screen on them and I can't see. It is harder to see my ornaments and what-nots, because of the black screen. Those were the only two things that bothered me. Other than that, they did a good job. The installers did a great job installing, and I can tell as difference in my air conditioner running to keep the house cool.
