Their communication and installation scheduling are a problem. Travis, the installer, was excellent. I was rescheduled 5 times. The finished product is good.

As far as the customer service I received, the representative, Matthew Brown, was great during his presentation. I have reached out to some of the other representatives for the referral part. I spoke with Jacqueline and Bryer, and they were very helpful. I think the workers did a great job installing the windows. I am very happy with the work that was done.
