My experience with Champion was good. We did not have any problems that were really off the chart. One young man had a hard time getting here a couple of times, but it did not slow the process down much. Everything worked out though, and I am satisfied.
Competitive pricing on their quality product, their willingness to work with me and a great experience with the installation crew, made this a very successful home improvement project for my family.
I'm giving them a high rating because the product is good and I no longer will be cleaning leaves out of my gutters. Only thing I will gig them for was installation crew was scheduled to arrive at ~12:00 to 1:00 and was told it would it would take maybe 3 to 4 hours to complete. I got to lakehous... more

GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Vickers Pools of the Southeast, Inc. as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
