The fellow did a great job, it was just an issue with the management company. They did not have control over the time the part would get here. They had no idea when it would be here. The work was done properly, but I had to keep calling them to get an answer.

We use ultimate appliance exclusively for all of my appliance repairs. RJ is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. We were waiting on a part due to covid but his office kept in constant communication and as soon as the part arrived We were given priority. Highly recommend ultimate appliance!!!

Amazing, RJ diagnosed the problem of a leaking refrigerator over the phone, and brought the new part with him ,patiently explained the problem, I was so happy with the service, will happily recommend this company .

Additional Comments - The charge was ridiculous. It was very absorbent. He was here less than 30 minutes and charged me $210.00. I think this is criminal. It was a very easy job and the tube cost less than $10.00, Doctors don't make that much.
