The installation and product was great but the customer service was horrible.
The installer was very friendly, very informative, and very nice, but the person who made the original measurement of my counter tops measured incorrectly. When it was attempted to be installed, it wasn't installed right, and nobody called me back to fix it. They know now that I got ahold of them.

If you're asking about installation, yes, if you're asking about the planning stages. Installation is wonderful, but the planning and design problems. It's too broad of question because there were the installation and planning stages.

Despite the problems with the silicon sealing of the under mount sinks (discussed below in question 11), I have already recommend Top Priority to a Realtor friend who saw our new kitchen, and who is about to start her own kitchen remodel in a couple of months. I previously have said great things about your company to various people who admired your previous work for me on the apartment unit over our garage.

The guys came in to do what they were supposed to do with the countertop, but something else had to be done and they sent ut two completely different gentlemen. It would have been nice to know it was going to be different work crews.
I would not recommend Top Priority because they did not fabricate our counter as specified in shop drawings or discussed in counter review meeting. Resulting in having to live with the end result of their mistake
The sales process was exceedingly tedious, with Top Priority or Home Depot demanding acceptance of redundant and detailed documents. Since the work had already been paid in full, this was tantamount to being mugged in the street. The work however was top notch, and in the end that is what we will remember. But I still hate your lawyers, and this will leave a shadow on your name.
Top Priority Counter top Professionals was fantastic. I found them through Home depot and because of that i had a lot of scheduling problems with them because of Home Depot.
Top Priority Countertops was wonderful. We have worked with many countertop specialists before and have had good luck with most but they were definitely the best we have had. My daughter-in-law is a project manager and she was impressed by the work they did and how great it looks.
I'd say a 4, because I haven't had anyone to compare to. There may be better service out there, but since I went through Lowe's I wasn't given a choice. I was told that was who was coming out.
They expected the finish in the afternoon and there were some issues along the way so they had to return on a Saturday morning. That is not an expected work day but they came in cheerful and completed the job.
