The insulation in my condo is outstanding. Not only the noise of outside traffic, but also any interior noise, like a running shower, or a neighbor's TV, can not be heard.

The landscaping is not finished in our unit.

I would never purchase, again, property from the Orchards Group. They are not doing the things they promised and are constantly delaying things that need attention. The walk thru prior to closing is a joke. They did not doanything.
The sales process when well, I am anxious to see more progress toward completing phase I of the complex. Completion of the club house and pool as well as activation of the security gate should be a high priority.

From the start nothing but issues. We were told we would be closing in June 2016, Orchards Group started another community and pulled contractors from building our unit to the new location, we were told it was a weather delay as we watched the other community being built. We closed three months later. Our list of problems is too long to list, but here are a few: windows left open during construction-sprinkler system activated causing water to shoot into kitchen, contractors used bathroom during construction and as indicated on walk through we wanted bathroom cleaned, it never was, construction dust debris through out, carpet cut short, hardwood floor boards split and splintered, hot water pipes hammering, windows scratched and dirty between panes, fan installed with a dent, counter tops gouged, sloppy drywall and paint job, areas left unpainted or painted over dirt, door trim cut short, the list goes on. And, a gas leak, we were told by gas company to vacate our home, gas was shut off, meter tagged. After three months we still have a continual stream of contractors trying to take care of issues.
Based on our experience with many individuals associated with The Orchards Group, they are an exceptional group of people with which to be associated. We feel we definitely made the right decision in purchasing our new home from The Orchards Group.
Overall very satisfied with our Orchards Home and the Stoney Point Development. Would encourage anyone to purchase an Orchards home.

I'm very happy here. I was apprehensive about moving because I lived in my previous home for 27 years, and it was a big house on lots of land with privacy. I was concerned about being so close to our neighbors, but I never hear them. We're very happy we moved here.

45 day maintenance list has not been completed as of 90 days. The landscape does not get weeds out and I have no color at all outside the front door and we have ants outside.

We looked thoroughly through all the neighborhoods in the area. We lived in the area for 17 years. We made the decision to make this our final home and are very pleased with it. It is a nice community with lots of nice people.
As a former member of the Orchards sales team, I knew the quality of their product and the great atmosphere for residents. I was delighted to find a unit in the area where I wanted to live and the residents here are the greatest. I found my little piece of heaven in Brannon Oaks.
