Who We Are

My name is Jeff Dowling, President and Owner of Taylor Rae Construction, which is located in Boonton Township, NJ and is named after my first two daughters. After graduating from Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering I worked for several years in various industries as both an engineer and manager. However, I was always a hands-on type and was working part-time in the construction industry since I was young. It was only a matter of time until I could no longer be behind a desk for 8-12 hours a day. In 2004 I left my job with a steel company and formed Taylor Rae Construction. Initially, we took on all different types of remodeling but had always preferred exterior work.. In time the windows and doors side of the business grew to a point where I had no time for anything else. Over the past few years, due to constant requests from customers, we added siding and decks to our list of services.

Although I left my Engineering job, I never lost my Engineering mentality. This is why I approach every job with modern techniques, better materials, and standardized practices. Also, when you hire us you will find that we operate with integrity, professionalism and respect. We are family owned and operated and are always grateful for the opportunity to showcase our talents in the areas we serve.

Our Commitment

Taylor Rae has made a commitment to being the best choice for window, siding and door sales and installations in Northern NJ. We do this by focusing our efforts on being experts in our field, working with outstanding industry leading manufacturers, continually improving our processes and doing all that we can to ensure every customer would recommend us. Our commitment is also to our employees in creating a work environment that allows them to perform their job safely and correctly every time.

Review of Rhino Shield of New England by

· Bethany

What was sold to us is what we got. The product looks outstanding on our house. The key benefit is not having to find that contractor every 4 to 6 years and having to go through all of that effort. With Rhino Shield you do it once and focus on other things instead of having to paint a house. It was... more

Review of A.J. Perri (Service) by

· Wayside

Although AJ Perri may SOMETIMES cost more than other plumbers, one can ALWAYS count on them to be there when you need them - with the supplies to correct the problem. When they arrive they are professional and identify themselves. I will certainly call them again the next time I have a plumbing emer... more
