They were professional and worked very hard trying to hang gutters. They were a little off in timing to do that due to the crews being stressed in the fact that they didn't have enough mechanical tools to complete the job. I agree that you need a structural engineer. The longer you wait the more damage that could occure if it continues to move
If you get it in writing that your roof installation will not be too heavy for the frame of your home, and a few months later your roof is sinking and the frame is cracking, is the roofer responsible?
